and models. Example. Mercedes vitos and vanios ! Nothing ! Audi q7! Cant reset battery, cant reset many functions or adjust.

They know all areas they cant cover but refuse to state this so rely on lies to get the sales is what I have sen from all of them so far!

The launch x431 v +. Is not much better than a $400 one thats on the market!

I have tried contacting Launch in Australia and china and they refuse to reply!

They want the end user to send them the models or settings that are missing ! So the end user buys Poo and helps the poo builders fix their poo at the clients expense as i have sent in issues and got no replies!

The English and terminology are unprofessional for a expensive scanner.

Slow, 1gig ram free, cant print directly to another printer! Only theirs. Takes a day to charge lithium ! Tiny charger lead, will break. Cumbersome and slow !

These are my views after I have tested many! I personally want my money back as another useless tool we never wanted! You will waste hours a day going in circles due to the crappy menu system and how it operates. Times money !
