TRASH COMPANY! This company is disgusting. Do not buy. Bought my first pair of shoes from this company in December last year, wore them for 6 weeks and they snapped in half, I asked for a refund/store credit and was not given any kind of compensation. A few days before the shoes snapped I ordered another pair from the site thinking I loved their shoes and once the initial pair snapped and I wasn’t given any help, I decided I would refund the new pair instantly upon arrival. Which I did, they arrived back in china on April 5th and I have now been advised Lauren Adelaide needed to approve them coming back to them which they never did so now the shoes are coming back to me. I’m out $60 for the initial pair that snapped, another $50 for the second pair and $25 for the cost to return to sender. TRASH COMPANY

Do not buy from this company. I bought a skirt which was nothing like the one photographed. The skirt had 5 uneven pleats on the front and nothing on the back, with a plastic belt. The photo was fully pleated and had a leather belt. The skirt was a full 8cm shorter than advertised, no branding, no washing instructions and a broken zip. The company professes to be Australian based- they are not. They are based in China. They are difficult to communicate with and offer nothing but discounts on their products as compensation for appalling products. Their images are stolen. Getting a full refund is nearly impossible. This company are deceptive and misleading. Don’t waste your money

Purchased in for $64.

AVOID AT ALL COST. SCAM! Another update: They eventually sent me the return form. Notice that I would have to pay the return cost to China... That would not be cheap, but moreover, I would not trust them to honor the return anyway. But I am posting the update because I found an interesting FB post regarding their return address: https://www.facebook.com/groups/everythingsutherland/posts/523154193909060/

Update: more confirmation that this is a scam, even though based on fake 'orthopedic' claims it would be quite enough. When I requested a refund, they offered to keep the shoes for 50% store credit. I paid 170 for something that belongs in the rubbish, not to mention I cannot wear them just based on the incorrect size, and they would not refund. It matches the experiences of other people who left bad reviews on Trust Pilot. Unfortunately, there a lots of good ones - most likely fake in there.

Unfortunately, I had only read the reviews on some clothing before trusting this website and did not see bad reviews for the shoes. Later, while waiting for the order, I discovered those but was still hoping that I could get some use of the shoes, but no...

I have ordered three pairs: a pair of sandals, a pair of sneakers and a pair of short boots. 1. The order took more than a month to arrive (about 6 weeks). The tracking status of the order did not change for a month. I asked several times for an explanation; they would have devised a different 'excuse' every time. 2. I have ordered AU sizes 9 and 10, which is 0.5-2 size(s) bigger than my normal size. I usually can fit into size 8 and can always very comfortably fit into size 8.5. They do not offer size 8.5 so, to be on the safe side, I have ordered AU size 9 for two pairs and AU size 10 for a pair of boots 3. ALL three pairs turned out to be too small. Even the one that stated AU size 10 on the order. 4. ALL shoes I have ordered have the description 'orthopedic' on them on the website. Imagine my surprise: on the sneakers pair, there was a label stating they were for 'skateboarding' activity only, not to mention being very heavy. 5. Now quality. OMG! it is not so evident for sandals and sneakers, but the boots are so clearly cheap copies of what is on the picture. - the stitches are placed at a different width than what is on the picture - the profile of the sole is different - the thickness is much thinner - and even the zipper attachment is different to that of in the picture

one of the photos contains a comparison of the sandals bought from the web-site to a different pair of the 'same' size EU40. The second pair is very evidently bigger. The sticker of the size on the boots is just a joke. And another joke is the label on the sneakers about 'skateboarding'

Purchased in for $170.68.
