They have fraudulently copied L'Avene skincare, same packaging, ripoff merchants, do not get sucked in to this scam – If they are scam artists, then how can the cream have any merit? I never buy anything online that is promoted, but somehow I got drawn in by a media endorsement from someone I respect. Paid $5 for the sample and only noticed when I received bank statement weeks later that they had taken out $160 from my acct. The inconvenience of cancelling card,… Read more

starting a new one, calling all the direct debit people was a huge headache. The bank was co-operative but you have to prove that u sent emails to the company wanting refund and that you were angry that L'Avere took money without permission. Good lesson...will never happen to me again and I have a uni degree!

Scam artists .... Beware ! – I paid 5.95 for my sample. The cream is like any cream you would buy with softening agents nothing special. The company took a further $98.00 from my account and I have received nothing. I rang my bank the moment this money was deducted and they cancelled my credit card and are currently trying to get my money back. Hope this review helps others. Show details

This is a scam – i ordered a $5 bottle of cream and a $6 bottle of eye cream. I was charged on my card that amount but then i found that I was charged and then another$ 300 . Well that was shock there was no email or contact details to contact the company. I received the trail . its ordinary. Not happy please read details – I asked for the Lavere moisturizing cream and anti wrinkle complex my face totally broke out and I am now seeing a dermatologist. My question is why was a second lot sent to me under the name of Prarcy Eldridge to my address at an exorbitant amount of $141.85 and another for an exorbitant amount sent separately prior to this delivery. I cannot afford this purchase and would like you to ensure it doesn't happen again. Regards Vicki Eldridge Show details

SCAM - BEWARE....don't sign up for free trial – Nothing was indicated in accepting free trial (paying $5.95 postage) for 30ml Anti-Aging Moisturizing Cream that you are agreeing to monthly supply of product. UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS - 2 amounts of $34.98 & 40.93 have been taken out of my account. Along with many other people, have also had to contact bank to cancel card to stop this.

ALSO SCAMMED BEWARE – Like previous reviewers, I purchased trial options, paid postage of $5.95. 2 weeks ago 2 x amounts of $134.00 and $139.00 was taken from my account from this organisation. I reported it to my bank and had to cancel my card. I was refunded today. So angry.

Scam - do not sign for so called free trial – Lucky for me my bank was on to this company straight away. I received a text from Westpac asking me if I had signed up for a free trial just paying $5.95 postage (yes) but also a monthly automatic deduction of $139 for continuous supply of face cream (most definitely NO). Rang the bank and explained I only wanted the free sample. They explained… Read more

its a scam and the only way to stop payment was to cancel my card, which I did. Huge inconvenience though.

I fell for it – Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Saw the write up about the TV show judges all investing and thought it must be really good. Read the "free trial", just pay for shipping so went ahead. Got my credit card bill and decided it was way too expensive for no visible improvement. No website which should have alerted me to something… Read more

shonky. Phoned the Australian number and spoke to someone with an American accent who tried to get me to stay on. I asked if another batch was to be delivered because I had been charged. She said it was for the trial products. I said it was supposed to be a free trial. She said it was a free 14 day trial but I would have been charged on the 15th day. Going to talk to the bank now to prevent any further transactions.

Absolute scam, avoid at all costs ! – Like everyone else, I signed up for the "sample products '' and paid the postage only to be slugged with 2 unauthorised payments of $139.90 and $145.85 to my disbelief! When I called the company they said it was within the terms and conditions which is total crap, plus their original email went straight to my spam folder. I can't believe how foolish I was to sign up in the first place, as I am usually super careful. Furious! Show details

This style of “selling” needs to be made a crime in Australia with large fines attached. It’s so common - be aware – Terms and Conditions are not clearly stated as existing nor is a customer offered the opportunity to agree with them before they help themselves to our bank accounts. Very scary. Show details

NO STARS 'Devastated and broke' – Fact: The LAvere face and eye cream trial products are a SCAM. They con you into thinking you are buying a sample at postage price. No better than any pharmacy product. In my opinion, it's a total RIP off as it's incredibly expensive – NO changes whatsoever to my skin after using both products precisely as directed by labels. No side effects from using this unbelievably expensive product as I was directed. No scarring to affect. Show details
