rivets, We installed Leaf stopper on our own house approx' 4 years ago, and supplied screws are going rusty, so will have to replace with coloured rivets.

Great customer service and the product actually works! – I recently installed “Leaf Stopper Comguard” along the back edge of our low pitched roof which has box gutters. blocking with tree leaves. In big rain downpours the box gutters would then backup so much due to the down pipes being blocked that water would flow over the internal back edge and into the overhanging eaves, which is something that should not happen!

Now that I have myself installed the Comguard the box gutters remain totally free of leafs and water flows easily to the down pipes and away from the house!

For your average handyman (Such as me) it’s a fairly straightforward process and Leaf Stopper has provided a great online installation video to show you how. I completed the entire installation in about 9/10 hours.

I did have to spend extra time and money adding aluminium angle along the roof parapet wall for attaching the clamping strips up to the parapet wall face.

Leaf stopper also (thankfully) realised that before I had begun the installation, they hadn’t provided me with enough “gripits.” Something I was totally unaware of ( something to do with a glitch in the new ordering system I think it was) and express posted me free of charge the required extra parts.

Final price was exactly the same price as quoted on their website with no hidden extras.

Overall, an excellent sales experience and an absolute top-notch product!

PS: A helpful tip … layout the gripets after you have fixed the outside edge of the mesh, cut the mesh to the correct width and made the initial cuts either side of the roofing ridges. Job will then be much faster and easier The gripets will help keep the mesh in position prior to final screwing off and less hand work.

Even l could install it .... and l did! – It’s easy to install this product. Once l had cleaned the gutters... lined this up and off l went. Is it doing its job, Yes. lucky as Leaf Guard is a really good product and l have recommended it to family. Let’s be real, you know that little bits and pieces will get in but 98% of the leaf/tree litter won’t compared to the other products we used. Okay, l know that l will have to brush off or spray it down once or twice a year but it’s better than fully cleaning the gutters once a month which l have been doing at my age and l had other gutter/leaf protection in! All products have good points and bad. You will hear good and bad reviews. For our household having a lot of trees and wildlife around, it is doing a great job for us. Ask me 10 years from now.... But at the moment, Leaf Guard has a thumbs up from me.

my experience has been. I chose Leaf Stopper for the following reason: The system has been around since in 1990 (It was invented by an Australian) There are many homes in many streets in our neighbourhood which have the same system. I liked the idea of the ski-slope giving leaves a good chance to slide off in the wind. Leaf Stopper has a great reputation and very popular when doing internet searches. Was recommended to me by people who had it on their homes. My experience has been I’ve only had to go on the roof twice for some general maintenance. A lot better than every 2 or 3 months and scooping out bucket full of leaves. To clear any particles that get through due to breaking down, I can squirt the water through the mesh holes. Very straight forward cleaning. I know a finer hole sized mesh does exist but the standard holes were perfect for my situation. I had high expectations on what I wanted and Leaf Stopper definitely met those. Knowing that I don’t have to get up there as often is a terrific feeling.

The only practical solution – Have used this product on various projects over last 10 years or so and it's the best solution to prevent problems with gutters. Gutters last longer and maintenance is reduced significantly and it's a really good investment. Show 2 replies

Save me a lot of future work – Ordering was a breeze and quick delivery. Took a bit of time and energy to install but will save me a lot of time in the future. Will also keep my collected rainwater and tank cleaner.

Great product – This is a really great product. The best quality you can buy. Highly recommended. If you want a good quality product then this is the one to buy. Prompt delivery after ordering but never got a tracking number which would have been better so we could track delivery.

Great Product – Second time purchasing. Online ordering and delivery is seamless. Placed order and made payment, Leaf Stopper arrived 2 days later. Excellent product and not difficult to install. Originally installed 10 mt length on an outbuilding. So impressed, the entire house is now completed.

Ticked all the boxes as promised – All up installed 200 metres without a hitch. When the multiple boxes first arrived I did have a "what the" moment. Where's the rest of it? On opening the first box though, it all made sense and installing couldn't have been easier.

just what one needs – I thoroughly recommend this Company. Their staff are very helpful and go out of their way to explain things and how to install this product. One item was missing but as soon as I phoned them it was sent out via express post. Wish other Companies were this good.

Easy install – Easy to install time will tell as to effectiveness. All equipment supplied fitted well into existing roof profiles. Maybe should be slightly thicker gauge screws for the laser light, I had to up grade a few of them

great product – Quite easy to install premium mesh very rigid i think a moulding tool to help you push the mesh into the corrugates in iron roofing would be helpful as moulding with your hands can get tiresome other then that is a great product i,m a handyman so anyone could install it just watch the instruction videos.

Great service great product – After researching gutter guard I found leaf Stopper to be the best . Delivery was very quick , I loved how they send a video to my email even though I had my builder install it he rated it very highly, best his worked with , watching him I think any handy man could easily install it .

DIY friendly – Well engineered product with good installation guide. You need to pay attention to detail, and best to start with a straight run before tackling the tricky bits. But we’ll within the capability of a carefull DIYer to get a neat and durable finish.

Best product out – Great product works well and very easy to install . Will work trouble free for a long time . Blends in well with the roof and gutter . The self cleaning angle of the mesh in the best on the market . Do the job once and forget .

Product Efficiency – Not too hard to install when following the instruction. Seems to be efficient in stoping even small jacaranda leafs. Installed one month back. Will probably give a go to the entire house next.

Blocked gutters are a thing of the past thanks to Leaf Stopper – I live in an area not connected to scheme water and rely on rain for our domestic supply. It is imperative therefore to collect and store as much rain water as possible to get us through the year. After trying a number of different products over several years I have found that Leaf Stopper has basically eliminated the need for the bi-monthly chore of gutter cleaning. Installation is a straightforward job for anyone with handyman skills.

Great idea but: – You still have to wash your gutters out as the dust/dirt builds up over time and you should hose it out but, it stops all the leaves getting in and blocking the drains. It saves me a lot of cleaning.
