What's the difference between LCT and LLIC and why would I pay both on a lease
Absolutely terrible company; not a single aspect is commendable. I don't wish to repeat my story—endless waiting and complete disregard for their customers.
Totally agree. My company insists we use Leaseplan - so not wanting to use them again, I chose to purchase a vehicle outright using a company called CarConnect - their negotiated price was fantastic.
Yes I'm with the people above. Forget about a cost benefit analysis, it makes no difference (although I promise you there is no value in it). This is single handedly the worst consumer experience I've ever had. There is no transparency or visibility of costs and savings. They NEVER answer quetsions and when they EVENTUALLY do, they have failed to answer what you have asked. I would go so far as to say they are downright fraudulent. And then, they send a survey link that is 'no longer available'. It astonishes me that they are not subject to some type of regulatory inquiry.
Oh, and I have paid off more in three weeks of a private loan than I did after a year of paying the lease and the associated on-cost benefits. I LOATHE THIS COMPANY AND CAN"T CAUTION ANYONE STRONGLY ENOUGH
