Excellent customer service – I purchased two luggage leash trackers and could not get them set up on my mobile phone, contacted them via their website and they couldn't do enough to help me, very quick response time too, thank you very much, most impressed.

Disappointing – I brought one of these Leash it - work for the first day - not working now - waiting to hear from the Supplier - left two messages and sent an email - no response up to now. Would not recommend this product

App from Google Play Removed – I purchased 2 of these for my luggage going overseas. The App wasn't even on the App Store. Was promised the App was getting upgraded but it wasn't up and running. Returned to my supplier for a full refund. Would not recommend.

Worked great on my iphone – Bought one of the new Long range Leash's connected to my toolbox saved me from leaving it behind a number of times. Going to buy a few more for the rest of my expensive tools.

Purchased 2 that won’t work – I purchased 2 and tried 2 different phones with no luck. I spoke to the retailer who contacted a rep to call me. They called me and gave some advice which made no difference.

Great, when it worked – Hi All, So after the theft of my pride and joy I sought any and all ways to prevent theft of my new bike. I had heard about tracking devices and this Melbourne based startup hit my radar. The system is simple enough, stick the small tracker to your bike, download the app, link the two together, register some information and that's it. The idea… Read more

is that if you leave your bike and go have latte's, if your bike moves, you'll know about it.

I got it more for in the event of theft, a bike shop could detect the tracker and contact the police.

Well after install it worked just fine. The next time I went for a ride I tried to link my phone to the tracker, no luck. I assumed I was out of range and didn't think anything of it.

The next time again, no dice. I tried again at home, nothing. The battery is meant to last at least a year, I'm guessing it's already gone.

They need to add a charging capability to the tracker, or perhaps better batteries.

Either way, best wait for version 2.0 before buying.

Cheers!
