Disappointed, really disappointed with my T7M. The first torch leaked power from day one. Kept it in my truck for emergencies go to use it and batteries were flat. Led Lenser replaced it no problem. The next one was better initially but same problem… Read more

started again. Just would not hold power. Contacted LL again but no response, Gave up bought a name brand Chinese torch for less money. Bought a second one, great torches work brilliantly, The T7M was a good torch when it worked well made good light just unreliable.Would not touch LL again far better options around.

Follow-up  · Responding to follow up questions. No the torch did not leaked fluid. What I meant is the torch would not hold power, never fully switch off. Used only good batteries either Energiser or Duracell. Was stored properly in my truck. Not hot, cold or wet. Torch was looked after. Unfortunately it was a dud. Waste of a $100. Now I use Wuben and Wurkkos. Great torches.

considering torch cost $300, it didnt last much longer outside warranty. Buy Ledlenser torches at your peril. They do not age well. When my T7M started acting erratically - randomly switching off, giving a flat battery signal with new batteries - the company told me that most problems were fixed by replacing the battery case/switch. But that didn’t fix it. They then told me to check the batteries. Then they told me it… Read more

was a pretty old torch, so… So, here’s the tip. But another brand, a much cheaper torch that won’t let you down simply because it’s ageing.

unreliable headlamp – Purchased a H7R Signature Headlamp - most frustrating torch, constantly reverts to low brightness and unable to reset - can not rely on this torch particularly in dangerous situations where a constant beam of reliable light is imperative

LedLenser HF6R Headlamp. Well made, easy to use headlight, with some major flaws! – The LedLenser headlight is well-constructed and easy to use but has two significant flaws. First, it uses a proprietary charging cable instead of the more universal USB-C, which is inconvenient. Second, in spotlight mode, it activates all three LEDs (spotlight, mid-beam, and floodlight) simultaneously, creating a bright central spot surrounded by… Read more

a distracting halo of light. This setup leads to unwanted light leakage and prevents precise focus. The manufacturer claims this setup enhances the headlight's power, but it relies on combining LEDs rather than making each powerful enough individually. If you prefer focused lighting without unwanted light spillover, the LedLenser HF series may not be suitable.

Ledlenser K4R – Wow wow! I’m impressed both with the product and customer service. I purchased K4R flashlight on Monday, with standard shipping and I got it on Wednesday! Flashlight itself is another story, I will definitely buy another one not because I need it but because I want to have another piece of this great work.

SEO7R . I don't recommend model, its junk, been waiting 3+ weeks for repair also, steer clear of this SPECIFIC model – I have ACTUALLY experienced failure in a short time and could ACTUALLY recommend a re-design of the feeble battery/ sealing/ closure/ waterproofing that all hindges on say the 1.2mm thin sliver of assuming polycarbonate material that broke off... also whilst recharging I pulled out cable and battery came with it which is not an issue, except one… Read more

of the metal terminals popped out same time leading to messing around in bad-light trying to press back in terminal that this torch was supposedly designed for. Broadwood New Zealand.

Outstanding service – I was gifted a Ledlenser H15R Core but had trouble with the strong beam dropping back after 10 seconds. I received e-mail assistance but the problem persisted. I returned the light and was surprised by its prompt replacement. All working perfectly now. Many thanks for your assistance

Terrible after sales service – I own a led sensor p17 ($180 AUD). Led broke. Contacted the company to purchase a bulb only to be told they don’t stock bulbs for the torch so it will have to be throw away. I would stay away from them if you ever think you’re gonna blow a bulb because you won’t be able to fix the torch. You should be able to buy parts for a torch that expensive.

P7R Signature - Awesome torch! – This torch is a step above the rest in several ways. The beam is VERY clean, cohesive and even, with no rings or lines, regardless of zoom level, so clarity of vision is perfect. Build quality is superb, and it throws a LOT of light. The waterproof rating and 7 year warranty are comforting to have, but after using them for a couple of months, what… Read more

really stands out is the ability to customise how the torch is controlled. Love the rotational switch below the lens bezel, and the wall mount kit. We have both of ours set to automatically turn on at low intensity when we pluck the torch from the mount. The manufacturer's claims on run-time etc are rather conservative. Ledlenser claims 60 hours on low brightness, but in my test (see the attached image, the beam on the left is after 3 days + 1 hour of continuous shining, the beam on the right is also a P7R Signature, but at 100% charge. Both are on Low brightness, held in the same hand. Range from torch to wall is 4.9m (16 feet).). This is not a composite or photoshopped image, I just snapped it on my iPhone with the flash turned off.

The only thing I'm not a particular fan of is the leather case, which despite being good quality thick leather, I think doesn't provide all the protection it could. The lens of the torch faces upward, and the top of the case can be pushed to one side, leaving the lens vulnerable to dirt or potential scratching. The magnetic clip is great for convenience, and fine for urban use, but a bayonet clip would give better protection against potential loss of the torch if hiking in rough terrain.

Overall, the best torch I have ever bought!

Switch failed within 2 months – Flashlight purchased online from Amazon UK and arrived within a few weeks. Functioned correctly on arrival and warranty forms submitted on the day after arrival. The switching function now fails to operate correctly. Turns on at full power but fails to cycle through other modes via switch. Will cycle through power modes if the battery pack is unscrewed and then reattached.

Compact light weight bright light economical on battery – Great light weight bright light, shame about the difficulty of changing AA battery. It was stiff needing strong fingers to get out of carriage and twist the battery compartment open Snapped the plastic fitting on 12th change of battery making light useless

Excellent After Sales Service – Recently discovered a part of the battery cartridge in my Led Lenser torch had broken or corroded away resulting in the torch malfunctioning. After contacting Zen Imports regards the problem I was sent a brand new cartridge free of charge. My torch now works like brand new. I could not ask for more. Thank You Zem Imports.

Accessories/Spares always Sold out! – Hi, I think your products are great and have used them for years and continue to do so. However, to be the “Leader in the Pack”. you need to jack up your availability of accessories and replacement parts (batteries etc). Most are sold out , forcing all to go for non-brand replacements (which are readily available!). I realise you might prefer… Read more

users to buy a new replacements when something wears out, (E.g elastic straps for head torches!!) but it cheapens your image, and I dare say, costs you a few dedicated followers. please don’t make me one of them. Thanks.

Excellent brand, excellent warranty, exceptional products – Everything that you want in a brand - simple to deal with, a 5 year warranty on all of their products (7 years if you register the product), and truly exceptional products. I had lost one of my Led Lenser torches once - turns out it had been packed up inside a tent (for over a year). The batteries leaked and corroded the inside of the torch. I… Read more

had to pay for postage of the old torch to Led Lenser and they sent a replacement with no additional cost - you can't ask for better customer service than that.

Since discovering the brand years ago, I have owned, or still own a P3, P7, H6, H8R. The only failure I have had was the tent incident, and an elastic headband which lost its stretch - a replacement headband was available for only $10!

Led Lenser have a torch for any application - headlamp / handheld / area lighting / floodlight / lantern / sports, and most of their models come in both rechargeable or non-rechargeable. If you want to show off to your friends, have a look at the MT18 - wow.

Forget energiser / maglite / duracell - spend the money and get a Led Lenser. You will never regret it.

Great customer service! – Zen Imports are the agent for Led Lenser in Australia. I owned a P17 torch which developed a dodgy on/off switch (wouldn't switch on or off). It was just out of warranty when I called them to see what they would do. I mailed the torch to them and within a week or 2 they assessed my claim and replaced it a new one. Whilst I felt it should have… Read more

been replaced (very little use over its lifetime) Zen Imports stood by their product and did what I expected a reputable company would do - repair/replace it without any hassle. My experience on this occasion was just that. They clearly well support their products.

Led Lenser Perfect Service – I want to say how great the service I've received from Led Lenser is. I have an L7 torch in which the Duracell batteries leaked and it stopped working. They repaired it at no cost, even though the fault wasn't a manufacturing defect and it was just out of warranty. The make great torches and with the fine service they provided I can thoroughly… Read more

recommend them. I would steer away from Duracell. The batteries were still in date and they shouldn't have leaked
