Leica Laser Distance Measurer Disto D1

Does what it is designed to do – Can't believe how simple this laser measurer is to use .Should of bought it years ago but , better late than never .It doesn't promise to be fully featured and for that it makes it a winner , accuracy over features is what I wanted and this is something I thought long and hard after my purchase of a different brand . I thought accurate measurements was guaranteed with this type of instrument but returned my original super duper laser measure which was a calculator with a laser attached and this is what I should of bought in the first place .

One of the best – Leica Disto D1 is a great little laser measure device. With a red laser beam to ensure you hit your target it can measure a room in seconds. It has and phone app that allows you to sketch the room shape and allocate the dimensions to as you take them. It then rescaled you’re sketch. I measured up a whole factory in less than an hour and with a maximum distance of 40m this is a brilliant little device. It’s accuracy is +/- 2mm so really spot on. Easy to use and many more features including angles and ares which would suit architects and realestate brochure designers too. With the push of a button, the job is done. No sliding out tapes and trying to hit points. Great investment.
