hunting . I must say I had to a double take as the light gathering capability of the Nikko Sterling at 1/2 the price was far better than the VX1, The sight picture was also smaller on the VX1 which was also a surprise.

I don't think the VX1 is a bad scope by any means its clear and accurate however it really offers cheaper end performance at a price that is well above where it should be based on the name not performance , and there scopes than offer better light gathering ,field of view and eye relief with adjustable objective at 1/2 the price .
