Excellent manual juicer – I have had this juicer for over 5 years and love it! I initially brought it to juice wheatgrass but after not being able to purchase wheatgrass easily or have the motivation and patience (maybe one day) to grow my own I let this device sit in my cupboard for a few years. I did a Marie Kondo spring clean approximately 12 months ago and this juicer has found a new lease of life! I recently got on the celery juicing bandwagon and it’s been used consistently.

This juicer is ran manually it has a turning handle so you need to give it a bit of muscle. It’s great at juicing leafy greens, soft fruits such as citrus, kiwi, grapes and celery to name a few.

It’s eco friendly, easy to assemble and disassemble, it’s s cold press juicer which is better for retaining nutrients, great for travel, very portable and easy to clean.

As Marie Kondo would say this definitely ‘sparks my joy’. I love it!!

Hi Glimpseofmel, that is fantastic you are onto the celery juice we highly recommend it. Lexen was one of our popular manual juicers and we still sell some parts for it, however we have a great range of electric ones too if ever your muscles get tired, enjoy! Warmest Regards Vitality4Life team :o)

Excellent manual juicer – If you're just starting to look for a cold press juicer and don't mind of manual works, and especially if you know you're going to juice lots of leafy vegetables or grass, then this is the juicer to consider. It is definitely one of the cheapest cold press juicer out there (you can get this for under $60 delivered), easy to use, very easy to clean.

This juicer is very efficient on leafy vegetables or grass, the pulp is extremely dry, I don't think you could extract more juice out of the pulp actually. On the other hand, this juicer is not so efficient with soft fruits/vegetables. Others like apple, carrots, beets are OK, but the pulp is not as dry as leafy greens/grass, so can still get little more juice if you hand pressed the pulp.

You do need to cut the vegetables/fruits into small long strips and you need to put them little by little into the juicer. Processing can be a little bit tough especially on hard vegetables like carrots, however if you cut them right and put it little by little at a time, it should be OK.

You can also use this juicer to make fruit sorbet (ie. frozen banana, berries) and I couldn't find any difference on the result with the electrical cold press juicers. Cheap, easy to use, very portable/small and light, quite reliable, very easy to clean, efficient for leafy greens/grass Not too efficient on soft fruits/vegetables, have to cut the fruits/vegetables into little pieces, can be tough to juice hard vegetables like carrots

Good – Had this manual juicer for over 12 months now. No complaints at all.Gets plenty of juice from fruit and veg.Sure its only made of plastic so if you just show a little diligence...no problems. Very little pulp. Have to chop pieces fairly small. I have recently purchased a electric juicer with an auger that presses fruit thru and metal "screen" inside. waste of time, Screen gets blocked after 1 cups worth. Too hard to clean. This Lexen is very easy to clean. The auger presses pieces directly onto /into a metal cone type thingy and juice goes one way ..pulp out the centre. I will buy a motor driven juicer one day but it will have to be basically the same design as this.Be wary of one with the fine cone shaped metal screens. it works fine a few select parts would have been better if they were stainless steel ..but that would blow the price out

Just what I was looking for – I love it! It makes so much juice from so little fruit compared to my centrifugal juicer. It's easy to assemble and easy to clean. Common sense would tell you not to over load it as it is made from plastic and can break. Great value for money. Very light so will be taken overseas with us next week. I am basically very happy!! And it is cute too! Inexpensive, easy to use
