Consumes ink on each startup then won't print when one colour is empty – Each time the printer is turned on or wakes up, it uses up a small amount of ink. the cheapest printer per page of black type but does not warn that all cartridges need to have ink in them for the printer to operate, if I knew that I would have bought a black and white printer for the work I do. Companies should disclose this information so the consumer can make an informed choice and not be dissatisfied when the problem occurs. I know Lexmark is not the only brand that does this, apparently a lot of companies treat the consumer with contempt.
