It is very good – Great colour, have not had any trouble with it. Always reliable and always has a great picture with great colour. Would buy LG products again we are very happy with it. We were not very sure of the brand as it isn't as well known as the big brands, but we soon changed our minds.  Show details

Terrible – I have had nothing but grief from LG and their repairer (K2 People Brisbane). The product has been rubbish (it has broken down 3 times) and the service has been awful. I will never buy an LG product again Great picture, when it worked! LG STINK

Excellent – Happy with my purchase. Can recommend this set. Only cons were very minor. Sound was better than I expected after reading other reviews Elegant looks. Very good picture. Good price for range of features No headphone socket. Makes a loud click when turning on or off. Stand assembly instructions are a little vague

Excellent – Very, very good value. I compared all of the main models for weeks and do have a background in electronics and home theatre and at the end of the day the LG had a good range of inputs, Picture in Picture function, and a very good display. Very minimal picture noise with most transmissions, and there are plenty of settings for colour temperature,… Read more

etc that can be stored as user. The recent issue with LG HD tuner tvs needing a software upgrade was apparent but if you purchase a tv from now on this upgrade would have already been completed at he factory. I have had no issues at all with the inbuilt tuner. Purchased this plasma 2 weeks and I am extremely happy. Picture quality is excellent, especially shows in High Definition. Has good funcions as well like the picture in picture which lets me check another channel (or footy scores) while someone else is watching another program. Teletext is also handy. The remote is quite large and long but not a huge issue. You can assign your own channel numbers ofr analogue tv but not for digital channels. The sound from the tv is acceptable but tend to lack a little in the bass department, but as most would I use my amp and home theate most of the time anyway.

Terrible – LG products don't last and have many problems with them that the manufactor doesn't inform you of prior to purchase. A breach of the trades practice act. Since purchasing this TV I have had nothing but problems with it. Starting with sound delays and now no picture at all. LG refuses to fix the problem. Anyone thinking of buying LG products should not do so. Buy Samsung

Excellent – We got this TV about a month ago, and it has been so good! The picture quality is so good, its really clear. The sound is very good and clear. Its a really good size, not to big and not to small. All the channels work perfectly and the digital channels are awesome. It is so good to have a big nice plasma TV and if you are thinking of getting one,… Read more

Good – LG service is pretty ordinary (not just for TV). There was a product recall on this TV, but the service department was unaware it covered this model - I had to print out the details from the LG website when the serviceman came. We've now had the TV for over 2 years and a red tinge became apparent at top and bottom of screen, we placed a warranty… Read more

call and the local service agent came and took the TV away two weeks ago. They are still awaiting parts from LG to repair the problem. We had the same delay with parts for a brand new LG refrigerator that was damaged during delivery. The picture is good, great size for our well lit 7m x 7m room. Sound delay - we assume that is to do with being digital, the sound lags behind other analog TV's in the house.

OK – If this additional plug in works. Then I will be an extremely happy person. Not happy at all with LG's service people here in Brisbane. (K2 People) Or the fact that LG wont fix it for us. Other than that... I wouldn't recommend this plasma, incase you have the same problems we have had. LG have a recall on their website for this problem. Then they… Read more

should recall them from the stores before selling to the public, then in turn making it MY problem.I believe Panasonic's version is of equal standard without the problem LG's plasma's have. I will check their products out when upgrading next time. Due to lack of competent service from LG's service people. Clarity of picture is sensational. Sound delay on TV channels extremely frustrating, Sound dropout even worse. Apparently a common problem. LG service (K2 People Brisbane) tryed to fix it three times and ended up adding a new program. Sound still drops out. Was finally told by LG that our signal is too strong and its getting to much information. Told me to go and buy a plug in unit from dick smith to lower signal strength, that would apparently fix the problem. Why dont they fix it at their cost?!!!!! Or come and tune our TV down? Unhappy that it has taken months to sort this problem out.

Good – We have this TV for about 3 months, so far so good. Its really nice to have a large TV, but you need a good sized TV room or I think you would feel a little overwhelmed by the size. LG had a recall on this TV , Not sure what its about but a previous reviewer mentioned it. We have not done any thing about it, Not sure if its going to be a problem… Read more

down the line. The comment about making people look fat is the only complaint I have, it seems to stretch them out a bit, but I guess this is probably quite normal on a wide screen TV. Have not had any trouble with the pixels on the screen, even though sales person tried to sell us a much more expensive model, saying something about the pixels on these type of tv can go. Generally speaking , I'm pretty happy with it, being an LG, its good quality like I have experianced with other LG products, at the end of the day, there a bit more expensive than a lot of the cheaper generic brands flooding the market but you get what you pay for. Looks really good, colour and quality of picture good. Makes people look fat.

Good – I have only had the unit a short time and it is replacing a DLP. I can't say that the image is better than the DLP but it is comparable and not worth complaining about really. I have had a very long close look and can not find any "dead pixels" so this is also a bonus. I too find the sound a little lacking on the base side but overall not bad for… Read more

on board sound. Sleek design and looks with the black framing. The white LED is also a nice touch and makes a change from the usual green. PIP: Secondary signal can only be viewed in analogue if the primary signal being viewed is digital.
