Yes, they can replace the faulty pcb, but it'll cost u an additional $1400.00 to fix. Shame on u LG. Nice picture ... while it lasted. $6000 worth of tv & 4 yrs later, landfill

Terrible – I was warned not to buy LG but seemd like a good tv at the time. If you are going to buy a LG plasma get the exteneded warranty!!! On second LG set top box in 2 years as well!! good picture (while it lasted) paid $5000 for this and it has lasted 2 years and panel has gone. only used 3 hours a day, LG don't want to know. Have had problems with flickering and sound at times as well
