LG RT-44SZ60DB DLP

Excellent – A good TV, with only minor issues. Lacks a little insofar as inputs and resolution are concerned, but given it's age, performs very well. DLP was never fully realised, and disappointingly, probably never will. Bought it in 2004 for 3.5K. The ballast went after 2.5 yrs, but had it repaired quickly. The lamp has only just died, after 9200hrs! Have been very lucky, and from what I've read...extremely fortunate. Will replace the lamp ($229), and give it to my brother. Need new technology. Great TV, and the kids loved it too! Styling...now, and it suffered from artifacts...good for the time.
Good – Had TV for 8 months now, no problems to date, picture quality excellent, highly recommend the anti glare especially if you have large or high number of windows. When connected to DBox use RGB cable for best results. Picture quality excellent No major problems though I would like to see a direct AV/Media input button on remote, instead of going through each source.
