HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NOT AUSTRALIAN COMPANY AS CLAIMED TO BE – was browsing, added some items into the cart. When I tried to review the cart, it went straight to Paypal, and stalled there. I could not see the shipping cost etc nor to approve the order. I then received an email to say the order is confirmed! I immediately logged a cancellation, but they were not able to locate my order etc. I finally got to talk to someone and they say that it is now already being processed and I cannot cancel. I'd have to wait for the items (which I have decided that I do NOT want) to arrive and then log a return before I can get my refund. They were not able to tell me if I can get my shipping cost covered at all (I highly doubt). Why can't they just cancel the order instead of FORCING the customer to go through the delivery process and then process a refund? I asked to speak to someone who can help, and he said no one. I now have to wait another 48 hours for an update on my case number, and Wait for the product to arrive (which I now hear from social media that it takes months as the product though listed as Australian based is from China, and the company is NOT registered in Australia). It's a bad taste in the mouth and a bad experience. STAY AWAY from this company!

Very long delivery times and extra charges – The company advertising next day shipping to give you the impression of fast delivery. Once order place they then inform you it may take 3 weeks. Also the price does not include GST Charges they are added on once you press confirm payment
