Can you get a replacement lens cover for FRE iPhone 11 case?
I doubt it but it would only be a temporary solution as the lens cover is now plastic which becomes opaque. Better to switch to the Catalyst case which has an optical glass lens cover.
How long it takes to receive a case?

Lifeproof.com.au first they trick you on thinking you have purchased from Australia warning do not use this site it sells all fake cases they refuse a refund massive scam!! Disgusting customer service!!!

Actually, that's the official lifeproof website to access in Australia. If you go to Lifeproof.com it's the US site then it will redirect you to lifeproof.com.au. If you have an older phone you can get really, really cheap cases even from Telstra. I recently purchased a Samsung S8+ lifeproof cover for $10. They only had one colour which is fine anyways, especially considering they're normally worth $120. The cases wont and dont last long, the buttons on the side deteriorate within 6-9 months. If I didn't find this case for $10 then I would have bought ANYTHING else. Here's the link external link , now they're $15 but that's still 10% what they were when they first came out.
Who do we contact in Australia for a warranty claim please? Bought at Telstra August 2015 and now the S5 phone doesn't work!! Telstra say not our problem call Lifeproof but have no numbers!!! Can anyone please help?
