Quality of Life Added
I had a home lift installed by LiftShop in July / August from NDIS as I was at risk of injury using stairs.
The lift has meant I can lead as normal a life as possible outside the home despite my disability.
The installation was not intrusive and the workers were all respecting of my property.
The staff are happy to answer all questions and Matt even came by in his own time to change the SIM Card after I asked how to do it.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience and I thank LiftShop and NDIS for improving my life with this lift.
So far service has been great, lift is being installed as i write
The staff have been especially the Site Manager. He has worked extremely well with our builder, nothing is a problem for him and although his job is basically finished he said we can ring him any time if we have worries.
Bad after sales service The Liftshop
Never, I repeat never sign up to The Liftshop for their service on your lift. I had an excellent experience with the sale and installation of our lift 3 years ago and signed up with them to service the lift afterwards. I have had to call them to remind them that I have paid to service my lift each time, every second service is cursory. This year after forcing them to come out they said they were too busy and sent an installer to do the job who spent 15 mins (usually takes a couple of hours) on the service and now the second service due last mon...th has not been done and they have already had the audacity to send me an invoice for the upcoming year. Getting my lift serviced by The Liftshop has been a struggle from day 1. I will not be using them in the future.
