The company is just a scandal and might lobbying the government. They ruined people’s routine life. We live in a neighborhood where all household drive cars and rarely see people on bikes. The street parking is very limited. When we get home late in the evening, sometimes it is hard to find parking . Before they set up the parking stations, my… Read more

neighbours complained to lime and requested them stop doing that because nobody in the neighborhood needs it. Lime ignored the community’s needs and still set up their station. I have seniors and young children at home . Now we need to walk long distance home from where we parked . With children and seniors who have limited mobility, this really affects our lives. Really hope the government can help us regulate them. I’m

They are scam. Charging people for not working f up scooters. Once you are charged. Good luck finding a person to get your stolen money back. I did email every time I had to pay and finish the trip without using it.

Horrible experience. Was charged twice and the bicycle pedals were locked. I am now walking home and hoping that Lime does the right thing and returns my payments, other Fair Trading is the next step...

Filling Disability Parking With Bikes Repeatedly – Stop leaving them in a pile in DISABILITY PARKING SPOTS. Someone from YOUR COMPANY keeps placing them in disability parking spaces in Melbourne city. They’ve been removed by people and replaced by the company multiple times.

Should be banned - Regularly park in disabled parking spots, like Woolworths Fountain Street Waterloo, blocking access for wheelchair users and other disabled people. Regularly parked in disabled parking spots all over Sydney

I had a terrible experience with Lime in Coolangatta, Gold Coast. I purchased $59 in credits, but quickly realized there were almost no bikes available nearby. After walking for 10 minutes, I finally found one — only to discover it was broken and in very unsafe condition. I requested a refund, which they initially approved. However, instead of… Read more

receiving the money back, the credits I had purchased were removed, and the refund was added and then immediately withdrawn by Lime.

For the past month, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue, but every time I contact support, I only receive automated responses claiming the refund was processed — without anyone actually reading or addressing the fact that the refund never went through.

Extremely disappointing service.

Lime-E is an untrustworthy and terrible polluter of communities. Their bikes are left strewn across suburbs and they take no responsibility when their stupid bikes cause damage to your property. They are left blocking lane ways and peoples driveways and we are just supposed to live around them. Disgusting customer service also. Would never recommend this company.

Disgusting company. No responsibility for the damage their bikes cause to cars. Absolutely disgusting not recommend. Dishonest and corrupt business. These bikes should not be allowed on the road as there is no accountability to those that are… Read more

impacted by badly parked bikes. They are too heavy to be left on the footpaths and cause damage to parked cars.

Follow-up  · Lime denied any liability. The bike was parked from close to the gutter and fell onto my car and damaged both car doors very badly. I'm very disappointed that we are not protected by badly parked bikes and that Lime does not take accountability for these crappy bikes. These bikes are just left scattered across the city and cause mayhem on… Read more

A bit expensive but used to ride all the time. For fun and from the train/tram. But now it says i have to park in designated places so it is no good for me - because i use it go to places i want to go not just from parking spot to parking spot. Now i have to reregister my car

Great Customer Service – Had a minor payment issue with a Lime Bike rental. Emailed Lime Bikes through their customer support email and they were very quick to respond and sort out my issue. Great work, Thanks.

Great way to commute – I hardly ever drive or ride share anymore. Scooters and bikes get me everywhere. I buy passes to make it more affordable. If there is a problem with the vehicle - report it. Otherwise it will never get fixed

Difficult to report badly parked scooters and bikes. Lime need to put a button on the main screen of their App to report badly parked scooters, instead of burying the option 3 levels down in the menu under an obscure heading. Even better would be, when you scan the barcode, it gives 3 options. | 1. Ride | 2. Group ride | 3. Report bad parking ||

Horrible deceiving service. Think twice before engaging. We rode 900 meters for the sum of $30.00. Why? Because they do not advise you there are designated parking areas. We rode and found by the side of the road about 15 bikes parked and thought we could park there. Wrong! Timer was still running while we are trying to figure this out. Turn out… Read more

that the company goes there with a big truck and drops their bikes in areas that are not deaignated for parking, but will not allow the user to park the bike in those areas. Thus, charging you stronomical amounts and making you ride away from your destination! Taking an uber would have been cheaper and i we would not have gotten sunburnt. DO NOT USE. You'll regret it

Almost slower than walking and they charge per minute not per kilometre so for the longer slower trip you get charged more. I use to use lime all the time but now it is too slow

The geographic zone is limited. One should check the Lime E website. Melbourne, South Yarra and St Kilda are available. You must end you journey within one of these zones. East Brighten is outside the zone. I wanted to ride to Dendy Park Tennis Club. However, unable to.

Very poor service and almost borderline scamming organisation! They deducted money from my account for prepaid ride then when I go to hire a bike my account is flagged for possible suspicious activity! I rang them, cleared the issue and it happened again. My wife then signed up, bought prepaid credits but we noticed they overcharged the minutes for every ride. Apple Watch would say we did 6min but they charge 8! X 3 riders - it adds up.

Will not allow you to end ride. Cannot reach customer service. Today make the third time it won’t allow me to end ride and over charged me. It’s ridiculous instead of paying $4 I’m paying over $12

Overcharged $20 for $3 trip. It should be noted if the scooter/bike isn’t moving, then it’s probably no longer be used by the consumer, and should therefore stop payments for future issues.

Too expensive, no wonder no one rides them and they care lying everywhere. We just used 2 bikes for 1.5 hours and were charged $90, crazy price. We will never use again. Avoid them

These bikes/scooters are a menace and should be removed from the city. They are just dumped anywhere, obstructing driveways, footpaths etc. and causing damage to private/personal property. Do not use!!

Very disappointed i had money debited out of my bank account for a service I did not use over $195 dollars. I'm a pensioner and don't live in Brisbane where the money was taken out by Lime. I would not recommend this company they have no empathy. My bank said they should refund my money but they won't

Total ripoff 55 cents per minute make sure you read the conditions carefully because the $1 is just to unlock the bike, very misleading they worth $1 per hour, would never hire one again!

Used bike for about 6 minutes was charged for 30. Very difficult to end rude without a 30 monute walk to destination. This negates any value in hiring. Was then fined an extra $5 and overcharged an extra 23 minuts. Never again. Rop off merchants.

3 minutes, 1.1 km over $5.00…Ridiculous . That about sums it up but now this site says I have to have at least 30 words… so one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine…

Grossly overpriced. Tried to unlock 4 bikes as all had issues - no helmet, missing handle etc. Got charged for them. I scanned one and it charged me, then said I can't park there even though I had not even been on the bike yet? I had to move the broken bike to somewhere it could be parked to end the ride - got charged for that too. Fabulous!

Worst Bikes Ever – Helmet was locked, couldn’t use. Was charged more after i tried to lock it. Didn’t even ride it for 2 minutes before I ran into a problem, wouldn’t recommend. Disgusting.

Terrible – Hopeless. More expensive than Uber and far worse experience. The app doesn't even show zones you can't drop the scooter while continuing to charge you. Lime bikes and scooters are an absolute hazard. Never again.

Never again… – I would have to say a complete scam and terrible experience. Drop off zone non existent allowing lime to continue charging you when your transit ends. No helmet to be found and seat slides up and down while in use. Many people I’ve spoken to agree with this sentiment. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Rip off – It would have been the same price to get an uber to my door. As lime now has designated parkings spots a 25 minutes walk from my house. What a waste of time and money.
