After 8 months of phone calls,texts and emails no meaningful progress for plans for our project at Nambour were made, no deadlines were met and finally the council response deadline passed, even after many phone calls to both Dave and management, the plans we did receive had minimal information and of no relevance to the discussions we did have.

Great customer service – We employed Lindsays to provide input to a carport plan. It is a very busy time for the building industry, but Trent delivered to the estimated time frames. He was great with communication during this process.

Would give negative Stars if possible – Professionalism completely lacking. Employed to design an 11 mtr long 2.2 mtr high Retainer Wall 50 cm from house. Design and subsequent build not approved at all. Bolted Retainer Wall to joists and bearers of our house. House is wracking and being pushed by Retainer Wall and being damaged due to faulty design. didn't have bracing required when called back to check damage, so why was it designed this way in the first place!! Zero Due diligence! Lindsay blames everyone else instead of taking responsibility. Be warned. You get what you pay for. Totally unprofessional.

Top rate service – Lindsay Consulting were very helpful to us when the company providing the granny flat we were building went into liquidation leaving us out of pocket and chasing all the necessary certificates etc to get the building completed and a final inspection issued. They went out of their way to help us during this difficult time.

measurements were not up to engineering specs. The Lindsay engineer stated that they do this kind of work all the time, and not to worry about it. Our builder was unhappy with the engineering work. Rather than waste more time, we then engaged another engineering firm and were very satisfied with their work.
