Underwhelming – I arrived there early but they were late to start. When I was called over, no apology. My mixologist was not friendly, she did not even try to hide her boredom. It was awkward sitting there in front of her when clearly she didn't want to be there. She didn't offer any useful information regarding skin tone matching. I was pretty much told, so what do you want, no guidance whats so ever or friendly suggestions. There was no benefit of having a mixologist there. I would have had a better time experimenting and playing with the colours myself with out having to sit in front of a grumpy lady who would also talk in a judgmental manner on topics she should not have been discussing anyway. She also had poor hygiene. Cough in her hands, didn't wash them, and guess what I caught her flu. Not worth the $55 price tag. There are so many products out there right now that you can find your perfect colour for less money and actually have fun hunting. The lipstick case looks and feels cheap. The product itself also feels poor quality. The location is difficult to get to if you do not work in the city, parking nearby cost $9 for less than 2 hours.
