was an older version of the battery type and did not charge to the same voltage as the other three. I left a message expressing my disappointment about this on the LiteShop website and had a response within hours. They were very apologetic, explained how it could have happened, and said they would send a replacement battery if I sent a photo of the batteries. I did one better and sent a video showing the batteries and the charging results, and they had a replacement battery sent express post to me that same day. It arrived the next day, and I have to say, I was left VERY impressed with the level of customer service they demonstrated to me. And, after having experienced appalling, in fact NON-EXISTANT customer service from Nitecore Australia in the past, the LiteShop will definately be my go-to online store next time I am looking for these batteries or any of the many items they sell.
