Price was double after one night – Last night I ordered a box of toilets tissue on this website because as you know people have been crazy of toilets paper and I used this company to buy all my whole sale beauty products since I started my business, so i thought, they sell it with reasonable price, so why’s not just ordered one box. Somehow when I finished check out, I didn’t see it on the list at all. I went back, took the photo the brand i wanted and emailed them to call me to added it the next day. It was Papeterie 48 rolls for $46.20 Today, someone called me from the company to asked for my credit card details n i thought that was it until i checked my bank account, the price is nearly double price of last night. They took $76.89 out of my bank account without letting me know the price is going up only in one night? How could that be? just because everyone buying it and they can put their price nearly double? The worse thing is not even letting me know about it when he called me. He thought i didn’t remember the price or something? I did even asked if he have any cheaper than $46 and he didn’t even tell me the price was up. This company also one time sent me old, dirty products instead new one, open packages instead of sealed, even sent different brand that i was not purchased for, not even informed me of the changes and the two different brands was different in prices too ( the one I paid for was $2 more expensive ). It was not the fact of $1-$2 different but the fact is they should let me know if i agree to do so before they can send it out! How disappointed i didn’t wanna review here but so many things not acceptable here. I don’t recommend other retailers n business owner to buy or if u buy them, u must be careful in prices n double check every single stock u got! I felt very unfair at the moment. The first photo was price of last night. The right photo is price of today after toilets tissues becomes empty everywhere then they should letting me know price will be double not charged me like it’s something I supposed to know.
