It is very good for what it is especially the price – You get a complete package of keyboard and mice just like you would with similar counterparts. For general desktop use for browsing the internet, work related use or studying; it will work efficiently even if you might have to change the batteries once in a while. I still have this still just as a backup keyboard; however I ended up using Energiser Lithium Ion batteries because it performed better and it was actually lighter in terms of weight.

For gaming, its ok with light programs; but for things that require quicker or rapid mouse and keyboard response; then I would not recommend this and rather get something else that will do the job better. Warranty, Price, General All-rounder Not good for heavy gaming; Battery life is poor if you use cheap batteries; Didn't like the palm rest attachment

Excellent – I ended up with one of these set-ups after my previous Logitech model keyboard failed during warranty, they upgraded my purchase due to no stock of the previous model, so Logitech are good for their warranty service. This one has lasted since then and has not missed a beat, I attribute this to the keyboard being very rigid whereas the last one was too flexible and using on my lap lead to it's demise. No such problems now though, and that's after about 4 years. It's cordless which means you can get comfortable with it, and you're not just limited to the chair and desk scenario. It has a button for everything and you can customise them to suit yourself, it's even got rollers to scroll/zoom/pan etc. The "Calculator" key I find especially usefull, and the volume control (no more reaching for the speakers, just twist the dial in the middle of the keyboard. Battery life is really good for the keyboard, and fair for the mouse... you just have to remember to park the mouse back in it's cradle/charger whilst not in use... and you'll easily forget when you last changed the keyboard batteries. Occasionally some of the keys grab as they're pressed, which is a bit of a niggle, but it doesn't stop the key from working it just breaks the beat of typing a bit.

Good – I bought this after looking at the Microsoft keyboard and mouse. I have always like Logitech stuff and on the basis of that felt confident it would serve me well. The first thing that disappointed me was the very stiff and clicky keys. Either I have now gotten used to them or they have loosened up but they are not as bad as they were when new. Another problem that I had early on was that the software to configure the shortcuts would not work. I had to wait a year before new software was available that I was able to use. The mouse is excellent and feels very ergonomic. From a reliability perspective I have had no problems at all. Would I recommend it. I am not sure. I think it depends on whether you like the style of keys or not. My problem might have been because I also use laptops and the keys on a laptop are very different. At the very least try before you buy. Good build quality, very well featured, great mouse, great keyboard battery life The keys took some getting used to, mouse has quite short charge life. Initial software problems
