Bad – The actual mouse and keyboard are very nice. Sadly it unuseable (at least on Vista) principally because of connection problems. It now resides in the shed. In a practical sense it is incompatible with Vista. Whenever vista goes into a power saving mode you lose the Blue tooth connection permanently and have to reboot. This is a known Vista problem. When I contacted Microsoft, they acknowledged the problem and sent me a fix (no guarantees however). The fix didn't work.
The extra charger for mouse is just one more powerplug on on my powerboard. Frankly I would be more happy with an energy efficient battery operated model.
Software and setup is hard to understand and setup is not intuitive. Much of it seems to do nothing really apart from telling me I have a mouse and keyboard which I knew already.
