Logitech HD C510 / C525

Useless support – Bought this cam back in Dec '11, and have been onto Logitech continuously since then to try to get it to work on my machine running Win7 64bit Professional. Their software will not regognise the camera, and despite downloading various versions they offer and performing clean boot installation, reinstalling SP1, etc etc, it will not work. Software works fine on another machine running XP. 3 weeks ago, they escalated the fault to Specialist Support, but no one will get back to me. It's now the end of Feb 2012 and I'm returning it to the store for a refund. Difficult to tell. Good price. Nice specs, but never had the thing working properly to test it out. Software won't work on Win7 64bit. Lousy tech support
Excellent – This is a great value for money webcam. Far superior to the old Logitech webcam I had (Logitech too). I bought the Logitech HD C510 for $35-40 at Dick Smith on sale post-Christmas - have got great use out of it and had no issues in the short amount of time I've had it. Highly recommended.
