Logitech Z-10 – I would not recommend these speakers as they are unreliable and unpredictable. The sound is excellent when they work - if they work. I loved the look and design of the speakers themselves but they were a major disappointment with too many fails. Often they wouldnt work at all and i would have to reboot repeatedly to try and make them initialise, then when one of the speakers blew under normal use conditions i was saddened by the waste of money it was purchasing these speakers. I liked the little readout screen that gave me details of the program i was using then after 3 weeks this function stopped working completely and even new updates would not make it work ever again. I was watching a music video on youtube when 'bam' the speakers blew out and i didnt even have the video at full volume. Also the touch screen wouldnt work on hot summer days.

Excellent – Excellent sound quality in the mid-high ranges makes these perfect for the computer. Set up is not messy like with 2.1 systems and not annoying bassy. Only downside is the temperamental sensor controls on the speaker which look great but often do not react to your touch. They have been out of production for a while now but still available online (where I purchased two sets) Definitely recommended. Amazing sound for the money

Attractive design

Logitech quality (ie. awesome) sensor controls just a gimmick

Good – It really has great sound - as long as you arent expecting an awful lot of bass, which I don't. They should tighten the touch controls up in a firmware upgrade or something, because it can be annoying when it doesnt register touch or is slow to change. Very funky looking. 3.5mm jack input at side for headphones. LCD touch screen face - changes vol, power, track - displays a bunch of info. Great sound. The LCD touchscreen can be slow when you press for a reaction to up or lower volume. Sometimes it doesnt register your touch at all, especially if you have very dry fingers.
