Same experience as a lot of other customers that I have read . You make the booking pay are given confirmation of booking yet when you arrive to Andrews in Brisbane they have no record of your booking . Then the fight is on to recover your money , I paid double plus the original booking and email after email has me still looking for my refund .… Read more

Worst thing of all you can’t actually talk to anyone they hide behind an email service and you are at times lucky to get a response. A terrible experience , stay well away

held in his other hand. The lady in front of me who I had never met put her hand down and held my leg for comfort, we exchanged terrified glances. When I got home I was actually scared to see him and get in the van with him again. He is rude, abusive, speeds and uses his phone while driving. Never ever will use them again....

terrible – booked parking and paid putting dates and times in arriving late. then heard they are not alwys available 24hours so asked the company. They said they are not open 24hours yet they took my money and when asking for a refund only refunded partielly as they said deposits and booking fee? All withina few hours of booking. Scammers

Misleading – Was given false information when making a booking. When I had to cancel because my flight landed later than opening times, they wouldn't give me a full refund even though I gave 4 weeks notice. What a way of making money for nothing.

It's a scam – Bad. I would give zero stars if I could. I booked through this company for parking in April and paid them in advance. When I arrived to park my car, I was advised by the parking company that there was no booking. I had to pay again, and the parking company told me to make a claim directly to looking4parking. on a number of occasions over the last three months us that they are waiting for advice from the parking company. In my opinion they are a scam.

Terrible – Terrible company. Don't pre pay. Booked in for 3 days had to return to pickup my car the first day as my flight was cancelled. They will not credit me for the 2 days not used. A joke

I believe that good customer service is the cornerstone of any reputable company, but unfortunately, my experience with Looking4Parking fell far short of this standard. I hope that my feedback prompts a review of customer service practices within the company to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar frustrations in the future.

Overall, my experience with Looking4Parking's customer service has been deeply disappointing, and I would caution others to be wary when engaging with their support team.

So i did and the same error message popped up. I then checked my bank account and now have 2 pending transactions of $135.90 and no booking confirmation or parking spot. only have one car to drop people, so if someone has an early flight to catch, and there is someone else before you , or the car has gone to pick someone else you are screwed.

were waiting for another flight to arrive, thinking this may be why they didn’t come but that wasn’t the reason. On my 3rd call I advised we were folding and getting wet because it had started to rain and we also had a 2 1/2 drive to get home, after another 15 minutes someone finally arrived to pick us up. Have a booking number, but get to the airport and they don’t have it in their system – We have a confirmation email with the booking number, but when we get to the airport, I don’t have the booking in my system either under the booking number, the car registration, or the name it was booked under. Rip off – Booked through looking4parking, paid the fee, then charged again by owner of the parking company again. After 3 months no-one will fix this issue. Not happy

Totally Unbelievably useless – We booked and 2 days prior our flight we contracted covid and tried to contact them via email since they you can't talk to anyone. no response after 72 hours. we contacted the carpark place but couldn't or wouldn't help us. Do not use this website or place it's a ripped off with no customer service whatsoever. Unfortunately they do not have a negative star rating review.

No parking available and no refund – Booked parking near Sydney airport 3-4 days prior to arrival, however when arriving a few hours before my flight, the car park agency told me there was no booking (claimed that Looking4 booking didn’t come through) despite me having the booking record and payment proof on my phone. It’s now been 5 days an no reply from Looking4 with my refund. Company doesn’t have live agents to talk to it’s all via email and very slow. Don’t recommend at all

AVOID this company – Booked with them to get transport to and from airport, they happy to take money but don't pass the details onto the actual company, so you are left with no transport. Contacted several times by email as no contact number and live chat is always offline. DONT BOOK WITH THEM! Looking4parking is a joke you will actually be left looking for parking!

Appalling – Arrived at the car park to be told that we don't ferry people to Essendon Airport. However we stated this in the online submission. We had to find alternate parking somewhere else. Not only did we miss our flight they would not refund the parking fee.

Met All My Parking Needs – I am confused about the negative comments about this company. The 3 day parking deal cost less than the cost of public transport to and from the airport.. And he was. The process was smooth and easy. Again Ben assisted with my luggage and even cleaned my windscreen before I drove off.

I have absolutely no complaints. Will definitely use this service again.

find out it the carpark was in fact 16min DRIVE from the airport!! They deceived me by calling this the "ADELAIDE AIRPORT OUTDOOR CARPARK" when it fact it was some other carpark. I have emailed immediately after, and agAin three times since, requesting a refund and that someone contacts me... surprise, surprise, I have had no response in 10days and another surprise, SURPRISE - there is absolutely no phone number to contact them on.

Money hungry – Jetstar cancelled flight last minute. Rang Andrews car parking directly and they were happy to refund me, gave me looking4 email to request it after chatting to them. Yep no luck even with the manager giving the ok, looking4 wanted the money and refused the refund. Don’t go through them, go directly through the parking company.

No good – I booked something and then 1 minute after I did I realised it was the wrong thing. I contacted this company and the car parking business within 5 minutes of booking to note them of this and to get a refund. They weren't willing to refund my money and literally did nothing but yet still took my money! No customer service at all or consideration for honest mistakes.

ZERO care, ZERO customer service – My Flight was cancelled & I wrote to Looking4Parking to try to arrange a credit note or move my pre-paid spot to another date, but they refused. This company just takes your money, regardless of the circumstances. Ill make sure to choose another company next time & let friends & family know to avoid this one.

Safe, flexible, accommodating, punctual – I’ve booked with them more than once and my parking & send-off/pick-up to & from airport were a breeze. Latest one during COVID was I had my bookings changed few times daily due to changes of my flights & destination travel protocols, and Looking4parking was flexible with my schedule changes (booked/cancelled/rebooked flights). They did not complain. My trips to & from airport were always on-time. Additionally, their rates were competitive.

Poor service – Booked for Hobart on Monday. Turned up to park car Thursday and company knew nothing of the booking. Delay was unnecessarily stressful when we were travelling for a funeral. Booking system needs work. Disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE - it crashed and took my money. They refuse to refund – DO NOT use this website for your booking. When I tried to book, it crashed and Looking 4 still charged my account. I didn’t park my car there and when I found the charge on my statement a month later, they wouldn’t refund my money. Bad Customer service and an unstable website. Other Australian businesses are more deserving of your money
