I have had a good experience with Lottoland overall. The platform is easy to use, and their chat support has been responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. Payouts were processed quickly for me, which is always the most important part.

I won money in Feb 07 this yr and soon as I went to withdraw started asking for my bank account which was on my online account now they have done everything to avert paying contact the gambling commission if they don't pay they have been fined several times

exactly — submitted all documents they requested, including proof my card was cancelled. The result? They abruptly closed the case with no explanation, no refund, and refused to confirm whether any of my personal information had been used or stolen. They even ignored multiple written follow-ups.

This is not just bad customer service. It’s reckless. A business dealing with money and identity must have strict fraud controls and be transparent when things go wrong. Lottoland/Kenogo failed on every front.

I’ve filed formal complaints with the OAIC and ACCC The fact that so many regulatory bodies are now involved speaks volumes.

If you're thinking about using Lottoland or Kenogo — don’t. There are safer, more ethical online lotto options. This one behaves like a black box: your money disappears, and no one takes responsibility. Avoid at all costs.

HAVE FAITH – Whilst i thought i was one of the past comments but i have to say LOTTOLAND/KENOGO pay on time. They do NOT rip there customers off. Sometimes takes up to 3 business days to get funds, much like any other business. Im happy with Lottoland

Proactive response in dealing with my query – I contacted Lottoland through their website regarding a promotion that had not been credited. Niall responded within a few hours seeking a copy of the promotion that I had been sent which I provided. Within 24 hours, Niall had come back to me advising that my account would be credited with the amount offered in the promotion code.

My parents won $100k – I was skeptical until my parents told me today that they won over $100,000. It was relatively easy process to claim their winnings. I'll be using this for lotto from now on.

AVOID. Dreadful customer service – Withdrawal requested on 26/09 not received. They lied and blamed my bank then reversed this and blamed a partner company. Have raised a complaint but so far being ignored. I could not recommend joining Lottoland because they have zero customer service available when things go wrong. Emailing them every day to no avail. Been in touch with the regulator but disgracefully they can't help until eight weeks have passed.

Got To Know Now Why 99% 1 Star Feedbacks – Early morning in bed, maybe God asked me to check my lotto land account and see all these people's feedback and stop wasting money . Does NOT buy you a ticket in the lotteries they advertise – Runs some sort of 'bet on the outcome' scheme backed by insurance. And we all know how insurance companies love to pay out. Got charged a 'cash advance fee' then interest on that fee. There's gotta be a better way....

Unrealistic. Waste of money – Betting is much different from lotteries because the results are not picked from the raffle but rather created then you have to match the winning combination. If it was like traditional lotteries someone could have scooped a major prize already. This explains why nobody has ever won on this platform and being frank nobody ever will. Dishonest – Deposited funds into my account first week in december 2019. Funds are still not in my account six weeks on. No one will respond to my enquirers . Give lottoland your money at your own risk, they suck.
