Have you tried the new Lucent Globe laundry sheets. The After Dusk and Chanel, the perfume is amazing, the clothes come out wafting of the scent. Love them. Give them a try you won't be sorry. I contacted lucent globe after opening my parcel & the glue on 1 of the boxes had come unstuck & the powder was everywhere. I got a prompt reply asking if I wanted a credit or another box & very quickly the issue was sorted out & a new box on the way. Very happy with the outcome. Accidents happen & thats ok. Show reply

Lucent Globe comes across as two young Aussie lads here to help you, and I'm sure that's probably how they started. But perhaps their growth has been their downfall, as there's nothing prompt and helpful about their customer service now. I've used their dishwashing sheets for a while and they're pretty good, although anecdotally I feel there's been more bits of food left on dishes than when I was using Finish tablets. But I was going to order them again anyway because I like what (I thought) this company was about. Well more fool me!
I wanted to take advantage of a 50% off sale that you had to sign up for to get a coupon, but the coupon email never came, and when I asked them on Messenger about it they said there isn't actually a coupon, but you had to subscribe to regular deliveries to get the 50% discount (otherwise it's only 35%). Nonetheless I placed a $140 bundle order on October 29. I heard nothing for a few days, and then throughout the next week I contacted them on their website live chat three times over five days and still got no response either there or at the associated email address. By November 10 it was still Unfulfilled in their system. I eventually contacted them on Facebook Messenger and did get prompt replies there, but I shouldn't have to resort to that. And even then the order still wasn't shipped, I just got apologies and promises to investigate it urgently, but if the investigation happened I didn't get a response by the time I gave up and cancelled my order.
And then they had the audacity to write "I’m glad we could resolve your issue and compensate you" after cancelling my order and issuing a refund even though they had answered none of my questions about how people were actually supposed to get in touch with them.
I took my business to Skipper in the end. Very disappointing.

was advised by DW and WM mechanic that the lucentglobe product caused the damage to the machines. Contacted Lucentglobe to be advised. Our sheets work well for hand washing and carpet cleaning and to cease use of their products. My experience has been that the dish washing sheets leave spots on the cutlery and often things don't really get clean. In addition you need to be careful if you place an order for subscription because they do not email to let you know when the next order is going to be placed. then they will refuse to take any action until they send you the goods. My susbription was set to renew every 3 months apparently
I contacted them 15 minutes after receiving the order to tell them and they told me that because of their systems they could not do anything and I would have to wait until the product arrives.
Thy can send you copious emails to get you to buy ore but cant send a reminder email for you.
We changed to another brand and have none of the issues regarding clean qulity

utensils and plates not get clean with those dissolving multicoloured squishy ‘sachets’, so LG’s not to be criticised. The handwash pump idea is great. Fill the container with water, roll a sheet of that cleaner stuff and push it into the bottle. Screw on the pump, shake shake shake, pump pump and it’s great to go. Best of all, this stuff takes up heaps less room. No empty 2, 5 or 10 litre plastic containers to try to offload, hoping the plastic gets recycled. At age 72-years-young, I’ve seen it all, where we just burnt our rubbish (it’s not trash, here in Oz, plus I refuse to be Americanised) or buried it but it has to stop somewhere. Best of all is we dont have to carry home bottles of detergent, which is mostly water anyhooo. Nice perfumey aromas from each package. Smells ‘pretty’. Time will tell, but. See how things go over a few months. (No idea why a reader, me included, would think a review with a photo or video is more trustworthy. How did we exist years ago without pictures to support a story?)
Follow-up · Following on……still using the handwash. It works just like other stuff. Best of all it’s a small box instead of my old 5 litre bottles of concentrate. I received a pack of laundry sheets, which when opened, appeared to have been water damaged during transport. I contacted Lucent Globe, explained the problem and sent some pictures They replied immediately and sent me a box in replacement of what I had lost through the water damage. Follow-up · The original box of sheets had one entire edge firmly glued together and to the box itself. The sheets tore off that solid chunk, such that almost half the sheet was left behind. The packaging looked fine from the outside. The replacement box arrived quite quickly- maybe 8 days- good for WA regional area. The contents were in perfect usable condition.

dishwasher sheets straight away. My dishes are clean and smell clean without smelling strongly of detergent, and the sheet is always entirely dissolved. Decided to check out Lucent Globe's website to see what other scents they had for laundry sheets, and saw a sale on so decided to buy a bundle. It took a few days to be dispatched, but they were having a sale so I figured it was due to demand, not a big deal. When the package arrived it smelled amazing, but one of the laundry sheet packs had been left out. I contacted Lucent Globe by email over the weekend, and Monday morning had a response. I got back to them with photos of the packaging and of what I had received and within the day they had arranged for the missing box to be sent. Very polite, very friendly, and very fast. I'll definitely be purchasing again. By the way, the spray bottle is so nice! And Golden Wattle scent laundry sheets are heaven!

I use all the different variety of cleaning sheets, including laundry, toilet, and floor cleaning sheets (+ the microfiber floor mop which is amasing).
