RecentIy I took out an accidental subscription with my order. I honestly don't need one with only two of us in the household! Katie responded almost instantly to my dilemma. It was out of hours too! Katie helped me through cancelling the subscription & remained constantly in touch. Lucent Globe are an amazing company to deal with & what they stand for is so important for everyone to get behind. Their products are brilliant!

Have you tried the new Lucent Globe laundry sheets. The After Dusk and Chanel, the perfume is amazing, the clothes come out wafting of the scent. Love them. Give them a try you won't be sorry. I contacted lucent globe after opening my parcel & the glue on 1 of the boxes had come unstuck & the powder was everywhere. I got a prompt reply asking if I wanted a credit or another box & very quickly the issue was sorted out & a new box on the way. Very happy with the outcome. Accidents happen & thats ok. Show reply
Absolutely DOES NOT work! We’ve tried everything!! 1 full sheet, half sheet, 2 sheets, pre scrubbing bowls, removing grime…. we’ve tried everything but hand washing the dishes ourselves and Not Interested matter What, still come out dirty. ABSOLUTELY FALSE ADVERTISING

Lucent Globe comes across as two young Aussie lads here to help you, and I'm sure that's probably how they started. But perhaps their growth has been their downfall, as there's nothing prompt and helpful about their customer service now. I've used their dishwashing sheets for a while and they're pretty good, although anecdotally I feel there's been more bits of food left on dishes than when I was using Finish tablets. But I was going to order them again anyway because I like what (I thought) this company was about. Well more fool me!
I wanted to take advantage of a 50% off sale that you had to sign up for to get a coupon, but the coupon email never came, and when I asked them on Messenger about it they said there isn't actually a coupon, but you had to subscribe to regular deliveries to get the 50% discount (otherwise it's only 35%). Nonetheless I placed a $140 bundle order on October 29. I heard nothing for a few days, and then throughout the next week I contacted them on their website live chat three times over five days and still got no response either there or at the associated email address. By November 10 it was still Unfulfilled in their system. I eventually contacted them on Facebook Messenger and did get prompt replies there, but I shouldn't have to resort to that. And even then the order still wasn't shipped, I just got apologies and promises to investigate it urgently, but if the investigation happened I didn't get a response by the time I gave up and cancelled my order.
And then they had the audacity to write "I’m glad we could resolve your issue and compensate you" after cancelling my order and issuing a refund even though they had answered none of my questions about how people were actually supposed to get in touch with them.
I took my business to Skipper in the end. Very disappointing.

dishwasher sheets straight away. My dishes are clean and smell clean without smelling strongly of detergent, and the sheet is always entirely dissolved. Decided to check out Lucent Globe's website to see what other scents they had for laundry sheets, and saw a sale on so decided to buy a bundle. It took a few days to be dispatched, but they were having a sale so I figured it was due to demand, not a big deal. When the package arrived it smelled amazing, but one of the laundry sheet packs had been left out. I contacted Lucent Globe by email over the weekend, and Monday morning had a response. I got back to them with photos of the packaging and of what I had received and within the day they had arranged for the missing box to be sent. Very polite, very friendly, and very fast. I'll definitely be purchasing again. By the way, the spray bottle is so nice! And Golden Wattle scent laundry sheets are heaven!

Onto the product, my clothes had no fragrance, and still had coffee stains on a tea towel The dishwashing stuff left a white spotty haze on my glasses, and i hate to think im eating, drinking or wearing chemicals from China - the stuff is nothing like they make out

fact I don’t have to run around a grocery store to rebuy these things is a huge appeal too in our busy schedule. Foaming hand wash is something we would go through so much of in our family, so I love that I can refresh it in an instant with a foaming hand soap sheet, water and a quick shake! Also obsessed with my mop with onboard water tank. How did I not have this sooner! Godsend! It’s so convenient that I find myself mopping a lot more, especially now we have our big drooly French Mastiff inside, I mop daily, it’s been a total a game changer/time saver. No more filling a bucket sloshing it around room to room! I appreciate the convenience and organisation I have achieved using these products, in the laundry and under the kitchen sink. Aggressive marketing and no notification of recurring purchases. I fell like I've been scammed. I forgot about my upcoming scheduled delivery (every 3 months) and I responded immediately when it shipped (within 1min!) and they refused to refund and cancel it.

The products are marketed to be the better natural alternative. After purchasing both the dishwasher liquid and the machine washing I can confirm the machine washing is ok albeit quite weak and the dishwasher tabs are downright shocking.
