I did leave but because my products were still in the cart (I found it impossible to delete them) I was charged and they were delivered. All good but I will NEVER order through the website again.
Do not buy these sheets THEY DONT WORK. After using them and trying them for a month in every way possible nothing worked and we were left with a broken dishwasher that had to be repaired. I like the fact that they don’t take a lot of room to store. They are doing the job they were designed to do and it’s so much easier than carrying the heavy bottles home from the supermarket. They work perfectly! – I first used the dishwashing sheets to hand wash my wine glasses. The sheet foamed up nicely ( and the foam stayed until I was finished washing) and cleaned the glasses perfectly! I use the sheets daily in the dishwasher and they do a great job. notes on the packaging says it can be used for hand dishwashing. This means a mild ph detergent that won’t aggressively attack the skin- dishwashing detergents often have to have a lower ph to effectively remove sticky or fatty deposits because there is only the water spray inside to physically wirk on the surfaces. That’s low ph is also why they can affect glassware, cutlery over a period of time. So, problem: anything sticky, baked on like egg or similar does not wash well on a cycle where a conventional powder would work. (See photos).
SUMMARY: nice idea that unfortunately, doesn’t work. The upfront cost for the sheets per wash is on the high side, and if you have to use hotter water and a longer wash and more sheets to get it to work, then the economy is false and it. Evokes more environmentally problematic.

with a top brand cleaner before I started trying the dishwashing sheet by Lucent Globe. I would not say it did a top job. It's hits and misses, even with a very cleaned dishwasher. I attach some photos of its cleaning ability. If you have a ceramic pot which had roast, or an oven grill for chicken pieces or spoons with yoghurt or thick sauce/oats/egg, jars with smoothie leftovers etc, the sheet does not do well. I get bowls and plates with black specks, spoons with hardened stuff, jars with left not cleaned, pots and grill which I have to use a steel wool to brush off. The most annoying is the hardened stuff on spoons are very hard to come off after washing with the sheet, which is easier to come off with other brands of dishwashing tablets including affordable Aldi's by mere rinsing and scratching with finger. The Lucent's sheet makes the food really hard and stuck on the spoons and grille. And i am left second guessing if the load will be fine each time which unfortunately not the way to go. Can't live like this. I don't have time to live like this. I don't think I will buy it again. Hopefully they can improve so it deliver what it promises.
For the laundry sheets, I have no idea if they wash decently but my child's white long sleeved shirt definitely was a fail. I had to soak in bleach in the end. And with a large load which I used two sheets as advised, it did not wash well when it comes to the sweaty sport clothes that my husband wear. The whole load came out a bit smelly which means it did not wash well. So, I will only use the sheets for small loads and less dirty laundry. I definitely have to use the usual brands in the supermarkets for heavier/more soiled/more smelly clothes.
Overall, the sheets are easy to use, I can also tear them easily. But they don't really do what they promise.

Follow-up · Suds up very well and leaves no residue on dishes. One sheet per wash is all you need. When you open the dishwasher after the cycle it leaves a very clean refreshing scent and not a harsh chemical smell.

On 3 May Lucent Globe responds with "Thank you for contacting us. We have been unable to locate an account under the details provided. Could you please provide your full name so we can assist you further with this matter? Looking forward to your response, we're to help resolve this issue for you promptly."
On 5 May, I respond with the details requested. On same day, Lucent Globe ignores my email and ships the product anyway.
On 11 May, the product was delivered. On 18 May PayPal closes my enquiry and does not chase up with Lucent Globe.
In conclusion, Lucent Globe gets my money and sends out an unauthorised order that is not linked to any account of mine.
I did end up recovering the product from AusPost and now have $200 worth of cleaning products that I didn't ask for but had to pay for.

Anyway this washing detergent is amazing and cuts through grease.
Fill your tub up half way and chuck a sheet in. Does the job sooooo well. You can even wait 1 minute to let them soak and it does an even better job.

try a different scent as Woolies only stocks a limited scent range. A 35 pack of laundry sheets from Woolies is $13. Lucent Globe sell an 80 sheet pack on their website for $29.99. I could buy 2 packets from Woolies which would give me 70 sheets/washes for $26. Not to mention the added $2.99 ‘Shipping Protection’ cost that gets automatically added to your cart upon checkout plus $8.99 for Shipping. Your total for one box online is $41.97. Safe to say I ain’t buying on their website.

The laundry sheets left my whites grey and the dishwashing sheets left some cups still dirty, cutlery with strange black marks on them and suds in the bottom of the machine.
