it and pay postage, or accept 30% refund and keep the tea. I said I would return it. Then they said the most they could offer was 50%. I checked postage rates, that seemed a reasonable deal so I accepted. When I got the refund it was 30%. I contacted them. They said I was mistaken and they only offer 30%. So I now have four bags. To top that, after using the tea for two weeks I got diarrhoea. I stopped the tea and all was good. Three days later I began taking the tea again. The diarrhoea came back. Maybe I am allergic to something in it, but the remaining bags will go into the rubbish bin..On the positive side the people I communicated with were all polite and friendly. But for me it has been an expensive and unhappy experience.

l would NOT recommend this product at all. They say money back guaranteed. only if you send it back in 30days but they say you must use it for a few weeks before seeing a result. In my opinion this is just another waste of money and upsetting that companies can target us into believing their false advertising

Oh so many people have been scammed by this site - me included. How is it the Aust govt hasn't closed them down? A subscription - when you have not authorised it. And in US dollars. And I have sent over 20 emails to them. Got one refund but not the original one. I will keep posting on their Facebook page to warn others. They don't like that of course and keep taking the posts down.

they are exactly what I was going to write. I sent an email 30 minutes after ordering to cancel my order after checking my credit card account, was charged in $US dollars ! twice ! The reply was sorry, already processed, can't do it but you are very important to us so we will discount you 30% I replied no thanks just cancel the order The funds would not have been cleared by the sellers bank (usually takes 1-2 business days so what business would send a product until funds are cleared, thus plenty of time to cancel my order. Now due to their sneaky business practice I have to cancel my credit card in fear of having automatic monthly deliveries (in $USD) charged to my credit card because somewhere hidden in their ordering process it's automatically applied (however I may be wrong and it's not the case) I'm not taking any chances I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO HAVE NO DEALINGS WITH THIS BUSINESS as if their product is anything like their ordering process it will probably be minus 5 star to. people hoped for, I now have 2 charges on my credit card which I will have to replace as I would not trust these people not to charge me again for a fake order. Update: I didnt waste my time trying to contact and deal.directly with these scammers but rang my bank straight away. ING were wonderful when i rang and reported this transaction, replacing my credit card by Express Post and later, refunding both amounts that were charged to my card. The products Lulutox sent went straight in the bin, as if this is an unscrupulous scam site who knows what is actually in those teabags.

auto-shipping through PayPal, but PayPal lets them get away with scamming with the extra, unwanted, overpriced product. Because LuluTox, Serenity sent the product, PayPal is allowing them to charge for it. Their "customer service" is obviously AI; I received the exact same nonsense message repeatedly. Mind you, they didn't ship until 2 days after I asked them to cancel it.

Scam site DO NOT USE . Used AI marketing to promote products. Not based in Australia , get signed up to repeat orders unknowingly. Get charge 2-3 l times what you intended to order. Sell under Seller name FONSLIFE TRADING FZCO

company has refused to refund my $116.48 (which included two packs of the stuff which I didn't order) and has given me the runaround. Today, I got an email that it was too late to issue the refund that I've been seeking for nearly two months. Lulutox is a scam. The company is either woefully dishonest or completely incompetent. Do not waste your money. I've filed a complaint with the Florida authorities over Lulutox's theft of my money and with the Better Business Bureau.

Ordering had been deceiving, it was easy to make a mistake and order what you don’t want. Dealing with the company was very frustrating as they refused to cancel my order even they didn’t have my mailing address. The tea is a herbal tea, tastes ok, but it is packaged in plastic bags, so you are brewing plastic in hot water. Noting to do with the wait loss. I would never buy it again.

I bought 2 packets of Lulutox and paid around $70. I never received the packets. When I asked them they kept saying check with neighbours , with post shop which I did. I wasted my money and I didn’t realised to come onto review to see first. I lost both my money and the tea. Lulutox you have lost a customer who keen to use the tea very often.

This company is criminal. I ordered 1 bag and was charged for more. Then 4 different amounts were taken from my account without my authorisation. Contacted them 6 times and asked for a refund and the customer service just ignored me. Absolutely shocking. 2 packages arrived today from Lulutox containing 6 bags of the stuff. Tastes horrible. Be careful if you order. Paypal should get rid of these scammers.

I do NOT recommend Luludetox tea at all. It is extremely overpriced for what it is, and honestly, I saw zero results. I followed the instructions and expected at least some benefit, but it felt like a complete waste of money. There are much better and more affordable options out there that actually work. This product did not live up to the hype, and I regret purchasing it. Save your money.

Dont touch this company.. absolute scam and done in such a gentle way promising to sort out a miscommunication from oversupplying by a $172 charge for an order that came from a lightning fast auto select and immediate charge for something you dont intend to buy. And then promise to sort it all out for your with no result . WHAT A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!

Not effective as claimed. Not much of a difference in energy levels or weight loss even though I am eating healthily etc. Wish I'd gone for the 30 day money back guarantee but wanted to give it every opportunity Very disappointing

Yes myself was changed for an extra bag of tea and when I queried it the email what a drama - I have quite a few bags (my friend gave me his cos he didnt like the taste) and I think the gas is unbearable. tast to me ok quite sutle - I will probably drink them but wont be buying anymore - Would had to think what it would be like if you tried to get a refund - Herendous..

What a scammy scumbag company - I’ve read far too many reviews of theft from your customers accounts - charging extra, not honest about AUD and USD etc. I was considering buying but no way - shame on you - go and get a job instead of scamming!
