I do NOT recommend Luludetox tea at all. It is extremely overpriced for what it is, and honestly, I saw zero results. I followed the instructions and expected at least some benefit, but it felt like a complete waste of money. There are much better and more affordable options out there that actually work. This product did not live up to the hype, and I regret purchasing it. Save your money.

After reading so many negative reviews, I was wary, but went ahead and tried to order one pack. I used a Visa debit card so I could control the outgoings - needless to say the sale failed because firstly "insufficient funds" then "...card rejected". I had intentionally left my account with $1 more ($31.90) than was needed for the $25.95 price… Read more

and extra $4.94 postage = $30.90 I think they want a credit card - perhaps they can continue to rort despite saying they won't (as most other reviewers have reported) ....

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUM BAGS they advertise buy 3 packs and get 10. No such thing. They are thieves. This is a scam. They should not be allowed to trade. Some authority needs to stop these thieves from robbing people off. Bast#rds. I am attaching their adverts and the reply after I complained that I didn’t get 10 packs.

The promotional claims for this “miracle” weight‑loss tea are highly misleading. I purchased six packs and used the product consistently over several months. Despite maintaining a disciplined diet and exercise routine, the tea produced no measurable results. Based on my experience, this product does not perform as advertised. It is costly and… Read more

I can only confirm that the sales tactic is unethical. The website is listed as an Australian Website, but you are being charged USD and it is not obvious until you finished the purchase. Return option and money back guaranty is false

‼️TOTAL SCAM‼️ MINUS 5 STARS‼️ IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS SCORE. BE CAREFUL IF DECIDING TO BUY THIS “RIP OFF” PRODUCT‼️‼️ If you buy from the official website, be aware that it is an American site and the prices are American. They do not state this on their website clearly so it is very misleading - even when you go to the checkout to pay, it still… Read more

shows Australian dollars. I didn’t realize I had paid American exchange rates until I saw it on my credit card instead of paying $60 I was charged $94‼️ if I had known the price was going to be $94 I would NOT have bought the product at all‼️

They offer a 70% discount with a 30 day money back guarantee. I bought three bags of 75 teabags of the detox slimming tea thinking I was paying $60 however they charged $94 on my credit card because it was converted to US dollars. Nowhere on the site did it say it was American dollars. and nowhere did I agree to pay $94‼️ If this is the case that you are paying $94 which is 70% off then the real price is $313 which equates to over $100 per package of 75 bags of tea, This is $1.40 per each teabag. The average price of a teabag in Australia is 5- 6 Cents, 10 Cents for top of the range herbal teas‼️ $1.40 per one teabag is absolutely ludicrous‼️ Then you have to make sure you don’t accidentally subscribe to the MONTHLY AUTOMATIC SHIPMENT which is full price plus shipping costs. They will simply take it from your credit card.

Then when I asked for a refund they refused unless I pay for the return postage of the remaining teabags. They expect the consumer to pay the postage back to America, which is extremely expensive. You have to go into the fine print into the questions to find out about the policies on the moneyback guarantee and the postage refund. It is not clear on their main page advertisement which is very misleading to consumers to have deliberately ‘HIDDEN’ important information, along with the advertised price being US dollars not AUS dollars.

You can buy the product rather cheaply from many other companies, however news stories and other reviews from health professionals state that these are not the original products or ingredients and are fake copies to scam customers - they even state that the ingredients can be dangerous to your health. Whether you buy the original product or a fake product, both are scams anyway.

I have been drinking two bags a day for three weeks and have noticed no change in my energy levels whatsoever and have not lost any weight as it claims to do.

There are many reviews saying that this company is a scam so do your research if you think you believe it‼️

Here is what I found online.

Go to this website, which gives an honest review of the overall product from independent professional health experts and the company itself, as well as information about other companies that sell the fake products. https://topnaturalproduct.com/lulutox-review/

Honestly, don’t get sucked in by this. It’s just another weight loss scam that doesn’t work and you’re wasting your money and to be honest it tastes absolutely terrible it doesn’t taste peach flavour at all, but more like dried mown lawn grass and horse chaff - it’s disgusting‼️ I drank it cold topped up with 2 cups of 100% ‘BrekkyJuice’ fruit juice just to make it at least palatable - but so far - NO CHANGE‼️

I am disputing the charge with my bank.

Follow-up  · I did receive 3 bags of tea against my wishes. The tea is very average and made in china. I'll be chucking my $104 in the bin. Waste of time and money avoid at all costs. SCAM!!! Paypal are even aware of the company and have issued a warning against them but are still allowing them to use their platform at this stage. for full refund.. Catch is they will not give you return details!!! I lodged escalation with paypal and even they gave up fighting them and just gave me a refund themselves but only for about 80% of purchase price. I accepted as the company made it way too hard to fight. Also lodged with ACCC.

Fraudulent behavior exposed I am a Danish citizen, and on March 9th I ordered three bags of Lulutox tea for 380 DKK, using ApplePay, but Lulutox stole 380 Euros from my Mastercard (about 438 USD), and refused to pay the stolen money back. Reading through thousands of 1-star reviews here on TrustPilot, it becomes clear what people are complaining… Read more

about, and I hereby summarize it here, to caution anybody to do business with Lulutox.

1) People are complaining about multiple orders being shipped without their consent.

But most importantly:

2) People are complaining that they pay in the wrong currency. Lulutox is employing a fraudulent currency swap scheme, where you order using one lower value currency, and Lulutox withdraws the same numerical amount, but in onother higher value currency. For example. You want to pay in Australian or New Zealand dollars, but are billed in US dollars. Or, in my case, I wanted to pay in Danish kroner, but was billed in Euros (a huge 7.5 times the value).

This sceme is only possible in non-secure transactions, like when you pay using ApplePay.

This criminal bevavior should be reported to all relevant authorities, stripping Lulutox of any rights to do business at all.

Update 19 March evening - Total of 19 emails so far back and forth. Latest is I have received a reply from Alora saying they can now offer me a full refund. Waiting for this to happen. I will update this again as soon as I receive another email from them. Update 19th March morning - received another generic reply from Alora at Lulutox support… Read more

saying they want to help resolve the issue but no refund offered, just further time wasting. Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company! I ordered 1 bag of tea but their upselling options automatically changed my order to 3 bags of tea + bottle of probiotics. It was also not clear that the amounts would be in US dollars and not Australian dollars from where I was ordering so I have now been charged over AUD$120 for 3 bags of tea and probiotics I do not want. There was no way of changing the order before all the payments automatically debited from my card. I immediately advised them and was informed that my order would be changed immediately and a refund would be given for the extra products that I did not want but the next day I received email saying the order had been shipped. 'Support' can be contacted but generic replies are sent backwards and forwards with no resolution and no refund. I did not consent to these extra payments. This company is a scam, do not use!

Aggresive and misleading sales tactics, hyperlinks on website lead you deeper into buying extra product with misleading terms. Took money from my account after I changed my mind and left the fill-form screen. Have so far made it to 7 emails of asking for a refund and cancelling the order they imposed, but instead get offers of extra products or discounts. I'd give 0 stars and a visit from a lawyer if I could.

I ordered the pay for 3 and get 10, 3 were delivered. They would not fix. I did not know it was in US dollars so paid twice as much as I thought. It has not delivered what it promises so asked for a refund within the 30day customer satisfaction guarantee. They would not refund. Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY.

website.” That didn’t stop the seller from confirming my order. When t realised the payment had gone through, I immediately contacted the seller. All attempts to cancel the order failed. Their customer service responded eventually but said they couldn’t cancel the order as it was already processed. When I pointed out I hadn’t confirmed the order, they said it was done automatically to “help “ me. I continued to complain to no avail. I contacted PayPal but by this time the order had been shipped. Currently I have sent a refund request to the seller and are awaiting their response. UPDATE No surprise -they won’t give a refund. Gave me some baloney excuse that there was a charge back in progress. I don’t know why PayPal continues to associate with this fraudulent seller.
