No refill kit available for over 2 years now..... Just apologies and no effort to rectify at all. Do not purchase – Purchased the microdermabrasion wand and told refill kits would be in stock soon. . . That was over 2 years ago now. Despite numerous emails and complaints every few weeks, all i have had is apologies and told there is no stock. Still selling the wand despite not being able to sell refill kits for it. A bit meh to be honest – A bit meh to be honest. I didn't notice any change in my pores. The leaflet warns to go easy so I did with the lowest setting. That made no real difference. I tried again a few days later with slightly higher suction and pressure which did scratch the skin but pores still look the same. Very professional high grade device – So far i have only used once but the diamond heads and suction tips/strengths are what I would consider clinic grade. Pore strips work better – I’ve been using this for at least 5 weeks and I don’t rate it. Skin doesn’t seem clearer. No gunk on the suction. It does seem to exfoliate but that’s it. Show details

Don't buy – I brought this product and used it twice and now have welts/ red marks on my face after the second use. I'm extremely upset as I had really clear skin and feel I have now ruined it. Don't use this harsh product on your face

setting), wash with cold water and apply a good quality moisturiser. I was amazed at how those annoying blackheads that accumulate around the nose/cheek area were totally removed. I loved the reduction in my pores around the cheek area and my skin felt so soft and smooth. I no longer need to buy exfoliating creams so I’m saving money there. I highly recommend the microdermabrasion product.

Caused breakouts, okay customer service, failed refund – I purchased the unit in the hopes of removing blackheads and found it caused me further breakouts on my cheeks. My skin was fine before using the product. They said there was a purge period and gave me more time to try it out. Even after another 2 weeks, still more breakouts. So I asked to return the product. Their customer service team has been incredibly helpful and I commend them for that. They told me the funds would be refunded into my account.

However, I checked my bank account a few months later, and noticed the refund never happened. I know I should have checked sooner, but I just trusted that this would have been done as they said it would. They said I will be contacted by customer service soon. Hoping this will resolve the refund issue.

So far is good – I just got my Lumae yesterday I hope I'm using it correct. I only saw a little bit of residual when I used it around my nose. Don't waste your money – I don't have sensitive skin. I followed the instructions very carefully, it didn't suction anything but left me, what looks like hickie marks on my face!! your period), sweat can produce pimples but the lumae and the micro bit actually removes so much dead skin (in an upwards motion) not only is it smooth but removes the dirt and if there's a pimple under surface usually you just want to pop it and make matters worse when there's too much dead skin it's impossible to pop lol but lumae removes the extra build up and you dont even have to touch the pimple underneath because within two days tops it's gone and clean on its own (cell rejuvenation) doesn't even require your dirty fingers! I must say I am not impressed the "crystal tip" isnt close to a real diamond tip used at my local skin care clinic and the suction has reduced a lot in the last 2 weeks.
