Be very careful. I bought these Pauline Laurent sandals from By Lunas Sandals Australia website & I think I've been scammed. 1)postage not too bad- 9 days, but this time of year ok, tracking is out of China nothing to do with Australia. 2) I suffer from Plantar Fascitis so wanted the supportive protection of the molded orthotic sole-it is a very thin sole nothing like the picture & very not supportive or cushioned. 3)I ordered dark blue &received a charcoal colour definitely NOT dark blue. 4) No label, no sizing, no Brand or information of any kind on the shoe which arrived just in a plastic bag, in a plastic post bag from a sender called Pest Co. Ltd. 5)-the email address they give is support@ bylunasandals.com the website is great looking but the 'by Lunas.. ' -does this mean it's not real? So disappointed they looked to have lovely shoes but..... not buying there now. Many thanks to Australia Post for doing their job. So my opinion is, don't go here.

Purchased in for $54.

I, like probably many women, suffer from wide feet and fallen arches, so I thought I would try Lunas, as their frequent advertising tout them as suitable for my particular needs. I bought two pairs - boots and sandals. I don’t usually buy leather products, so the fact they were synthetic was not a concern, however, both pairs are an incredibly hard “substance” ( I can’t even squeeze my feet into them ) and they have no inner support, as claimed. Please don’t be seduced by the incredible claims they make or their “special” price, as they always seem to be on sale. It’s a big no from me!
