Lychee Estate Vodka

I bought a bottle of the lychee vodka by Lychee Estate at The Good Food and Wine Show in Melbourne. They had little samples of their signature cocktail - peach ice tea with soda water. While the tiny sample tasted good, the actual vodka from the bottle tastes like the smell of petrol. The most awful drink I have ever tried. The bottle cost $65 at the GF show but it costs even more retail. DO NOT BUY IT!!!!! I contacted the company to possibly find if they sold me a bad batch. But instead [Name Removed] said it was because I was not drinking it with peach ice tea. My argument was, why should I? I like my vodka with soda water on ice, and lychee flavour would be nice like that. But not theirs!!!! It was so disgusting. After a lot of messages back and forth, and even an invite to try their cocktail, [Name Removed] sent me their recipe booklet so it could make their recipe at home. So I did, and guess what??? Still tasted like petrol! So while I gave the company plenty of chances to rectify this, I am now warning others. Sorry Lychee Estate, but your vodka is the worst!
