Macro Grass Fed Beef Mince

First try assuming purchase will be a better choice, being grass feed cows better right. Cooking mince for 50 us same way.. didn’t add oil however pan was full of liquid ? Water and heaps of oil. Total disappointment bad choice appears mince is watered down.. 18%fat is questionable.. the taste was ok due to seasoning but chewy with hard bits.. no recommendations here I’m buying a mincer do my own.
