Don't use these guys – These guys are the worst. My bike went missing from their truck. They left a queen size mattress at our old address and had to go back and get it . They took ages and 'got lost' over a 5k distance. When I called about the missing bike I was told it was our fault and their 'insurance' wouldn't cover it. So dodgy. Magic Movers of missing goods.

The worst movers in Australia. Stay away. They are hoax! – They charge same as other removalists. And what they write in their advert of free wrapping is all crap. Our guys had no bubblesheet for tv, had only 3 exceptionally dirty and yuck blankets and they took 6 hrs to load a 2 bedroom apartment stuff. Where they also come with just a 3.10 tonne truck without lift when i was promised a 4.5 tonne basic truck with lift. It took them ages to move stuff. And then before they even unloaded half way they WANTED money. So all the say on website is a big lie.. No wrapping ..Slower than tortoise

DODGIEST REMOVALIST STAY AWAY!! CON-MEN!! – These guys are by far the dodgiest removalists in Sydney. They damaged our brand new fridge and denied any wrong-doing even after I showed them photos. They also ripped the lino floor on our rental house! Despite the photos, they also denied any wrong-doing. The 2 guys, who didn't speak a word of English, were Hungarian, and were very slow and very unprofessional. They started the job at 4PM and finished at 12 MIDNIGHT!!! I sent the photos of the damages to [name removed] via text message and I told him the damages done by the guys at 12.03AM (that's right, 3 minutes after the guys finished) and he said that the damages could have been done by us anytime between midnight and 12.03AM. I don't know why he would think we would damage our own fridge and lino floor. After paying them an exuberant amount of money, [name removed] sent me an email saying we mislead them with the contents of our flat and that he will be sending us another invoice to charge us more. I replied by asking him to explain himself and advised him that I will be sending a formal complaint to the Department of Fair Trading. He never replied back to me. Luckily, we got our bond back from our old flat. Unfortunately, they did not want to claim any responsibility for the damage to our fridge. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST!

With out a doubt the dodgiest guys I have ever dealt with – They charge by the hour, but the move at snails pace. They damaged our brand new fridge then denied it. We took photos to show them. They denied it and said they had photos of it damaged which they failed to produce to us. They then refused to unload the truck and take all of our belongings until we paid. They essentially forced us to pay cash up front, and then denied us the chance to claim on insurance. Insurance which they don't actually have. Their insurance is deducting damage costs from the payment made to the driver, so it's in the best interests of the driver to deny everything as they wont get paid otherwise.

Peter Ibrahim is the sole proprietor of this business, don't let him tell you he just works for them. He asks you to send complaints to head office, which doesn't exist. His dodgy terms of service only allow you to claim while the job is going, not a minute afterwards. He has no insurance, therefore your claim for damaged goods doesn't actually exist!

Steer well clear of this guy. He is a one man band contracting out to guys with trucks, who move as slowly as possible to get paid the most hours.
