Excellent Product – Product was delivered quickly and worked perfectly to hide the chip in my tile preventing me from having to change it, very pleased. I would definatley recommend this product to my friends and family

Floor tile chip repairs – Hi, I mixed a perfect colour match using Beige/white and applied to tile chips. Tiles had indentations and after product had dried a gave the area on and around chips a slight sand with fine grit sanding block to hide shine. The result was that it was impossible to see repair. I would say that this is the best repair product that I have ever used (almost 60yrs as a builder). Very highly recommended even if used with a limit of skill.

Not the right product – I bought one of the Magicezy products because AGA Australia recommended it for repairs to the porcelain on my AGA cooker, which had some biggish chips. my cooker was full gloss. I contacted Magizezy who said "oh no, we would never recommend that product for your situation, it's for boats". I re-contacted AGA who said "well, when we tested it, it was fine". They both can't be right. Neither offered a refund. That also makes a bit of a mockery of Magicezy's "100% money back guarantee". All they did is suggest that I buy another product from them. Nope, I wasn't going to take that $25 risk. In the end (after I think reading somewhere that the Magicezy product could be cleaned up with acetone) I went to the local pharmacy, and bought a cheap ($2.50) bottle of gloss black nail varnish, and applied that on top of the matt Magicezy surface. The result isn't toooooo bad. If you didn't know there was damage there, then you probably wouldn't notice. I do know it's there, so I do notice. But it's no longer a biggie.

Waste of time and money – Unfortunately, I should have gone with the bad reviews here and not the good ones before I purchased this product. I have a small chip in my gelcoat, smaller than a 5 cent piece and not very deep. This product did not harden much after two days and could easily be rubbed off by scratching with my fingernail. the wife chucked the bag containing the receipt (I had purchased some other items at the same time, stuff that works like plastic glasses) so Whitworths will not refund me either. I purchased this knowing it may be a waste of money, but the rubbish end result has left me very annoyed.

PROS - Easy to rub off when it does not set hard enough

CONS - Does not set hard enough

I would have been a lot happier spending my money on half a case of 150 lashes.

untouched crack looked better)! This product is neither magic, nor easy. Not only that, when I called the # on the package to inquire about the money back guarantee, the first 3 times I got a busy signal. The 4th time, I was placed on hold. After waiting ONE HOUR, they hung up! The only thing worse than the MagicEzy product is their "service"!!

Product did not work – Spent a lot of time preparing the small hair line cracks. Applied product as per instructions. Magicezy made no improvement at all. All in all a day and a half wasted time plus the cost of the product. Total rubbish one of the worst things I have ever bought. Do not buy this product.

Great product. Lives up to its claims – We bought MagicEzy to repair a couple minor chips on our fishing boat. It was easy to apply, cured nicely, and looks great. It was a bit tricky picking the "right white," but I think we would have had this challenge no matter what product we used. I highly recommend this product.

Didn't work...on any type of crack – Followed the directions to the letter. Apply to spider crack, pull the tube end over the product. Product wipes right off, leaving the crack just as before. No improvment at all. I had purchased two tubes so I decided to try the second tube, thinking the first may have been a bad batch. Not did it have the save result, the second tube leaked from the end. HUGE waste of money.

Easy to use. Easy to apply. And works brilliantly – I purchased both MagicEzy Hairline Fix and 9 Second Chip Fix for my Ski Boat after another boat caused some minor impact damage to the front deck area. Both products worked amazingly. A great alternative to traditional epoxy / polyester repair systems. Very happy with the results. Tip - Make sure you follow the instructions on their website.
