Magnifying Glass

It was Australia Post, Mag. Glass Australia OK – Funny, the magnifying glass I ordered for my Mum hadn't arrived after a 8 days. working days. My mum rings me just after I've done the message to say its just arrived .... and there's a reply to my message to Mag Glass Aus, apologising for delay and should arrive with Aus Post today! So ... what can I say .... I think Mag Glass Australia have been good to deal with and maybe they've had teething problems as they're listed with ASIC as a very small business and have only been in business for 4 years.

I hope the customers who have had problems get their refunds though!

Stay away - this is a scam – Ordered product - no product and no response to several emails. Now have to go through the process with Paypal to get a refund. Stay away from this company. Looks like they are from China. No phone number you can call either.

It's been 15 days and the order has not been sent – Ordered mirror and not sent yet. No response to multiple emails....don't buy from this company. I've requested refund if they can't supply but no response to those emails either. I'll be contacting PayPal for a refund. Parent company Yulisik contacted as well but no response.

Don't use this company - Product won't be delivered. Never again – I ordered magnifying glass products on 25/2/17 and after 2 weeks I tried to contact company. For a company that is suppose to be based in Australia there is no way of phoning this company. The only way was to complete the online contact us form. I completed the online form twice within 10 days with no reply. Thank goodness I used PayPal to completed my transaction. I lodged a dispute with PayPal and PayPal organised my refund. Thank you PayPal.

Thieves STAY AWAY ! – They take your money and don't communicate after that. They're China-based not Australia and you never get your item and have to go through your bank or pay pal to get your money back.

Fantastic product highly recommend – My Dad is 82 years old and has Macular Degeneration and he can know longer read the paper. I brought this product in hope it would help him and it has changed his life. He can now read his newspaper again and it has given him quality back in his life. Very Happy – They had fast delivery, it only took 2 days for my magnifier to reach me. It was packaged very well and the optics were of a high quality. I will definitely shop there again when I need a different type of magnifier. Would recommend to anyone based in Australia :) Fast shipping, quality product, fast response to email questions
