Major Industries Restoration

On 15th of July I had an incident at my property by bathroom leaking and whole home got flooded and sprayed carpeted area. My insurance organised a contractor to recovery work. A subcontractor’ Major Industries’ arrived and started drying work. It was last more than a week running humid and hot dries. They keep running noisy, and high heat machines in a room with soaked carpet over 7 Dates. I noticed under lay burning smell and told them to take out easily remove carpet and continue room drying . Again they said they can shampoo dry and replace. I understand why they reluctant pull it 4/4 m piece of carpet 50 $ a meter . If they pulled it out they can’t make 7 days running machines. Not only that they left dark black patches while moving machines but they denied. I am expressing my displeasure for a company especially for working with insurance companies. Any one can understand their attitude to customer service keeping away customers aim in only their revenue gathering. Be aware of these business who ignore customers -unsatisfied customer, ben
