Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

I love Maldon Sea Salt Flakes. The original is great but I must say the Smoked is truly amazing. They're always great for and adding a touch of flavour to any dish throughout any step of the process from cooking to garnish. I highly recommend the smoked for adding a hint to any dish that that needs and/or uses a touch of smoke like roasted/charred meats, vegetables, BBQ or even sweets; try Smokey Salted Caramel!
