card until the items are back in stock and ready to be dispatched to you." I placed an order and my credit card was charged. However, a week later, I received an email from MH advising that the product was unavailable. In other words, the company does no even adhere to its own terms and conditions. So, I have no product and am now trying to get a refund. I might add that although my credit card was charged, I have never received an invoice. All in all, a most unsatisfactory situation.

They take the money, then disappear! – No goods received Emails went unanswered Phone calls unanswered Facebook ignored Refund requested via Paypal. Strongly recommend not to buy from this mob - I should've read the reviews first....

Slow to respond customer service who refuse to honour consumer rights – I received the poor quality product which was not as expected. company does not respond). Afterwards received email with a different return address (not provided on parcel or website) and told I must redirect. Auspost do not redirect mail from individuals. Wrote to company again to explain this and they refused to assist and were rude. As soon as I received auspost confirmation proof of delivery, I emailed company again. They deny receiving my return and have not refunded me to date. Will contact fair trading.

So Soft – I absolutely love my Augusta Faux Mink Quilt Set. I can't believe how light and soft it is. It's very easy to flip one corner away during the night if I get too hot as it's so light. It looks really lovely in the bedroom.

Excellent tablecloth – I had looked for a green tablecloth on numerous shop sites without luck, then found Manchester House, which had a choice of about 4 shades! The one I chose arrived very quickly and is good quality.

Great Service – After googling every shop I could think of, I finally found what I was looking for at Manchester House. Hadn't heard of them before but they are now on my list. The delivery was fast and the product was in perfect condition. They even gave me some options of other goods that would go well with my purchase - Thank you Manchester House.

Don't order from this company – After receiving my order there were problems. One of the sets of sheets were not even in any wrapping and there were problems with the quilt. never call, they just kept sending generic responses saying I can return the item but it would charge me $15. They didn't even even know what the problem was because they never asked. How Stupid! In the end I gave them a deadline of 3 more days to respond otherwise I would start giving them bad reviews everywhere I can, they responded one day after my deadline and once again it was just a generic response saying the same thing. If you want quality product and some someone to talk to if there are problems, DON'T deal with this company. They will not talk to you or help you. They have no idea what customer service is. They'll grab your money and then will never help you if you have a problem.

Misleading product description – I bought what I thought was the Tontine allergy duvet. What I received was something completely different. Disappointment does not even come close to how I am feeling with these people and come tomorrow I am starting legal moves in Brisbane to have them return my money. Made in China of course. I am going to warn everyone on Facebook and Instagram about this dishonest company.

Over a week and still hasn’t been dispatched – I ordered 2 pillowcases over a week ago and hadn’t received any communication from Manchester House (even order confirmation). Very frustrating that I can’t even get basic communication from them.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED – I needed an inexpensive Christmas table cloth. I couldn't believe how hard it was to find one that wasn't too old fashioned or expensive. I found the perfect one at Manchester House, ordered it, and received it in just a couple of days - despite the pre-Christmas hold-up with the mail.

was worse than the first, in regards to the hole punch border! The marks from the first tablecloth could not be removed in the wash either. Very disappointed in the quality of these tablecloths and also the lack of care checking the second replacement item prior to sending to me.

Goods as described and received on time – Bought sheet set and Bookseats. They were packaged appropriately and arrived on time coming from Victoria in lockdown and pre-Christmas.

Great value and good service – Extremely Happy with my Mediflow waterbase pillow, bought it to replace an existing one and found Manchester House prices were very competitive and Service was good.

great service mediocre product – excellent service, good price, prompt dispatch. However Easyrest's 'sleep' pillow was inferior to their now discontinued 'luxury pillow' range. they loose their shape very quickly and go flat, which is a shame as the quality has deteoriated. Show reply

Present – Was finding it difficult to get a black king size quilt cover. Manchester House have plenty of variety, the prices are good and the delivery is quick.

Beautiful Doona Cover – I have been looking for quite some time for a purple king size doona cover and finally found the one I wanted at Manchester House and at an extremely good price. Surefit Couch Cover – The couch cover is strong and stretchy, and is easy enough for one person to put on and take off. Washes and dries well. Bought the two seater size for a couch 180cm wide. However, the soft corduroy fabric picks up fluff and pet hair like a magnet. The dog is not allowed on the couch, so the pet hair that sticks to it comes from the environment of the room. Perhaps the cover is electrostatic, in addition to having the 'grippy' texture. It also doesn't stay in place around the cushions (although it never pops off the base of the couch). I should add as a caveat that my teenage son slouches around on it, so its chances of staying in place around cushions is probably low.

The good & the bad – Ordered 2 table runners and received exactly what I ordered, they look great and arrived in excellent time. Placed another order later but couldn`t get it pass the `submit` stage even after going thru all the details. Show 2 replies

Perfect just love them – I was so happy to receive my Doona covers, they were absolutely beautiful. Lovely graphics, good quality materials.they were here in a few days. Prices were quite reasonable.these will last forever

All I have purchased has been to my expectations – Prices are commendable and descriptions of fabrics, colours, and patterns are accurate, delivery prompt plus protective packaging very good. Therefore I have no hesitation in reordering from Manchester Warehouse whenever I need new linen .

As we asked for – The bed cover arrived quick smart and was better than we had hoped. Very pleased would recommencement Manchester House to anyone. Apparently I need to write more for this review, why its what we wanted at the correct price and it got here quickly what more do you need to know?!

Unreliable Supplier – Goods were not supplied in reasonable time frame. Goods only supplied, 5 weeks after payment, and after complain filed with PayPal. Manchester House will not answer their phone or email.

Love my Book Seats – Great online service. Took some time to arrive but this was due to Covid-19. Exactly what I ordered, great colours, packaged well. The price was cheaper than others for exactly the same thing. I couldn't be happier. Show reply

Happy chappy – Order was quick and just what I wanted. It was packaged well even tho only pillows. It asks for 30 words but tat is too many as mone is a simple order

chair covers – I have been provided with shipping information which suggests that the item is still with sender, the Order # 100016102. No one is answering the phone number and I tried a heap of times, I always keep an eye on every folder of my email and I have attempted to make contact and no respond to the email. I guess, I will have to do a chargeback on the purchase if I do not receive an update on the order.

Book stand far too small – I found the ledge provided for a book was too small. A large paperback book would not fit. Very unhappy with purchase but cannot get to mail it due to isolation rules.
