Manfrotto

I’ve trusted Manfrotto for over 30 years, but after my recent experiences, I’ve switched to Benro—and I won’t be looking back. Manfrotto no longer responds to customer concerns, and the quality of their products has dropped drastically. Gear that used to last a lifetime now barely survives six months. Everything I purchased in 2024 has already turned into complete rubbish.

The communication is just as bad—basically nonexistent. After this, I’ll never buy another Manfrotto product again. Shame on them for such poor quality and their total lack of response.

I have a problem with a Manfrotto Product. Every of my 6 attempts to contact them remains unanswered. Just an Italian company that doesn't take professional photographer concerns seriously. Benro seems to be the only alternative with better product quality!
