Buyer beware – Manicare states that this Microneedle dermaroller has real needles in them , in fact after purchasing this product and using it I came across a reliable Microneedle Dermaroller developer who showed us how to spot a fake roller - a metal wheel with spikes instead of real needles. So I decided to break mine open and sure enough I found the wheel spikes. I definitely do not recommend this product. I since purchase mine from a reliable and honest developer
