Love these guys – Ordered some firewood on cold wet morning. The staff was friendly friendly & courteous. Have been using they for quite some time. Have had no issues with their products and services. Had my firewood delivered within the hour :)

Unprofessional and Unethical Business – I ordered a trailer load of mulch delivered from these people and left strict instructions for the driver to leave it at the bottom of my driveway in the alcove to the right because I didn’t want my driveway blocked. I was a bit concerned that the guy I spoke to didn’t seem to be listening to what I was saying. Sure enough when it was delivered they left it at the very top of my drive blocking access.

I rang to complain and was spoken to by some woman who refused to take any responsibility for the businesses’ error and had an extremely disrespectful attitude. I am an elderly disability pensioner with arthritis in my hands and my back and I can’t shovel heavy things so this load was blocking my driveway for over a week before I could get my son-in-law to help me by moving it and in that time I had to park my car on the street.

Avoid these people! – as soon as you pay them your money they don’t care.
