Do not buy – Realized why I hated the first order I had years ago. Made a mistake buying again!! One week and I had to remove them. Don't believe the "reviews". There's no where to leave actual feedback, so they clearly filter. do not buy. * hair is not good quality, one wash and they frizz and dry up. No matter what salon quality shampoo and conditioner you use it will not help. * tapes are super thick and uncomfortable. No bend. * color is way off from photos on website, despite possible differences via devices. It's way off. * length is not as described. I ordered 22" and got 18". * hair is not 100% human/Remy. Lots of strings and plastic strands. *sheds like crazy
Save yourself the hassle. Better off buying cheap hair off Amazon tbh
DO NOT PURCHASE HAIR EXTENSIONS FROM MARKET HAIR – I received faulty extensions with a black line through them under the tie. Also they were supposed to be ash brown but arrived a copper red brown. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. They would not take responsibility. I was told to dye them and fix it myself. I asked to return them for a refund but they refused. After many emails they agreed to replace them and I eventually got the return address which was China. I had to pay to send them back and it was agreed that I was to receive light brown placement extensions. They arrived the same dark copper red brown. 2 months after the original order there is still no resolve as the customer service representative is waiting for management to get back to her and I'm waiting to hear back from her.
Do Not Use This Company – They advised when I ordered that if it is the wrong colour I can return it. Well what a SCAM! They will not give me a return address and after a long transcript with them they made me take photos and kept making it harder. They then advised that Covid was a problem with the mail (come on) and then advised I would have to pay restocking fees, handing fees and freight. DONT USE THEM. THE HAIR IS BAD QUALITY ANYWAY AND HAD TO ODER FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY/
