Marlow & Peach Essential Oil Classics

Automatically signed me up for subscription when I carefully avoided. I will not subscribe to a new product that I haven’t tried. They sent me a second and was gaslighting me that I subscribed when I contacted them. I will be returning the product and asking for a refund. I will also report them to the consumer watchdog.

I purchased the product because it sounded nice. When I received it, the scent was nowhere near as strong as they’d made out in the ad. To suggest your visitors could smell it is ludicrous. The scent lasts only while you’re spraying it. Anyway the reason for the one star is the next month they took out money from my account. I looked and realised that in tiny writing on the ordering form they PREFILL the field that says ‘Subscription’. So I was apparantly paying a subscription. When I called I said I don’t want anymore of the products and I want my money back for the second debit, they said no. The product was still in transit to my house and I could have just redirected it back without opening. Very shady business practices.

Product is good but the spray bottle nozzle does not last. Replacement nozzle was provided by Marlow & Peach but it does not fit. I was advised to purchase another bottle at $19.00. The kit cost $35 which included bottle, cloth and 3 scents. Now I cannot use the scents without incurring additional cost. Probable will not continue with this product.
