Great product and delivered so quickly – Bought the "Chair Mat Heavy Duty for Hard Floors 1160 x 1510mm rectangle shape". I wish I bought this at the start of covid instead of persisting with the cheap thing I got from the big green shed. No more slip or sliding of the mat. Best Customer Service in a long time – Meagan gave the best customer service I have had in a long time. So polite on the phone, even when I was vague. Then rang me back when she said she would. If all the employees in this company are like this then they have my business.

Tremendous – I rang on Monday morning, spoke to Joanne, the order was written and paid for, it arrived (250Ks away) on Tuesday morning. It is a tremendous well organised company and Joanne deserves a BIG rise.

Customer Service – I purchased a Heavy duty Chair Mat a few years ago. It developed some problems. After filling the required forms and sending photographs the company replaced the mat under warranty. Very pleased with the prompt service. Have purchased another mat from this company recently and would definitely recommend.

Carpet chair mats have better quality – I'm quite surprised that their mate has better quality as they are heavy duty, but officeworks are economy which would break over time. Comes with 4 years warranty peace of mind, any breakage, cracks before 4 years warranty is up, they're happy to replace it free of charge.
