Absolute Lemon of a machine – We bought our machine in 2018 and in march 2020 it stopped working. Under warranty the main control board and lid lock device were replaced and we were informed at the time that others were having similar issues. It worked ok up until 2 weeks ago and we now have the same issues but no longer under warranty and looking at a $500 new part plus labour. Not worth repairing when we know it will only last another 2 years before breakdown. Maytag should be ashamed of this machine. It's discontinued for a reason. Only use now is in landfill. This machine does not even deserve 1 star

Complete waste of money – We bought this for our business. After 6 weeks, multiple phone calls and emails, 3 technician visits and 2 part replacements, it still hasn't worked. It was marketed as a commercial machine, but doesn't look any different to any domestic machine. In conclusion, a complete lemon. NEVER buy one.
