De we eat it or drink it? – I purchased this smooth peanut butter from Coles rather than my usual brand. My question is this. Does the manufacturer expect you to eat it or drink it? So oily and semi liquid even when stirred in the jar. Slathered on a slice of fresh bead or toast it runs out and drops everywhere leaving oily stains on clothes and table cloth. Show details

agree with them all. One reviewer said DANGEROUS, absolutely! Another, it's like eating CLAY, absolutely! It takes 10 minutes to get mix the oil. Give it a shake, the stuff drips from the lid. First and last time I'll purchase this stuff..

Taste is OK but texture is dangerous – I bought the Smooth version of this peanut butter. It is very finely ground with masses of oil that is really difficult to stir together. Eating it is a bit like trying to eat clay. It sticks in the throat and is difficult to swallow. Wouldn't risk feeding it to a toddler for fear of choking. Show details

commercial on TV several times, I bought a jar of Dark Roasted. I must tel you that I finally found a PB I could live with. It had the right taste enhanced by the salt, that had me eating from a spoon or crackers, until none was left, in less than a week! I would not want you to buy Aussie peanuts if they are second rate or too expensive. To put out a quality product, one needs to search everywhere for the right ingredients, and you have DONE IT! I now see so many other products you have that I must tr out too. The USA could be a great jump into the market for global approval....you have what it takes, right from your own product line. Not Australian peanuts! – Company portrays itself as Australian and healthy but the only Australian component in this product is “Aussie sea salt“. There is no guarantee on quality and safety of peanuts themselves. Superb Peanut Butter – This peanut butter is just perfect ..... the roast is intense and rich and the texture is as good as you can get without hardening the oils at all. The oil mixes in easily and stays mixed in for as long as the jar is in use which is admittedly not very long! Show details

Deception – Obviously not "99.3% peanuts" as it is literally like an oily sauce. Such misleading ingredients listing like this should be highly illegal. I would also be interested to see the 'quality' of the imported ingredients... I see it on sale at 1/2 price all the time, and I now realize that is just a psychological trick (along with their fancy 'health food' presentation) and they know it is barely worth what they charge @ 1/2 price anyway...

No Wonder its Half Price So Often – A lot of their peanut butters contain only 10 % Australian product hope you all like those toxic gassed peanuts from,, you guessed it.. wonder where the rest is shipped from, time to be honest as to where your stuff really comes from

Mayver's Crunchy Peanut Butter – I love Mayver's Crunchy Peanut Butter. It tastes great, but I am wondering why it is so oily. The website claims NO added oils and Aussie peanuts. Hopefully this is all true because it tastes great

Best product and price – Tried them all and this is the best. Why people continue to by crap like Kraft is beyond me. I do prefer when they use local peanuts and would pay a premium if this was guaranteed.

It’s ok but not great – First of all it has bits inside. If I wanted a crunchy I would buy crunchy, but these bits are not nice . Next it’s not dark roasted, it burnt. Adding to the insult their normal roast option tastes like not roasted at all!

Tastes burned – Got it half price and as soon as I tasted it I knew why it was discounted. It's very bitter and extremely liquid. I can taste burned peanuts not dark roast. I will struggle to finish this jar.

Heaven in a jar – Completely addicted. Love the dark roasted flavour, it's so rich. Can't eat Pics anymore after eating this. Can be runnier than mainstream PB but that's because it's natural with no bad hard fats and stabilisers added. I eat it direct from the jar.

Much better than Kraft! – The whole Mayver's peanut butter range is a massive step up from the artificial peanut spreads. Nothing but peanuts. Although it may not be as good as a homemade peanut butter from a healthfood shop, it is an amazing addition to the shelves of major super markets. Would recommend to anyone looking to an accessable, healty peanut butter.

No longer using 100% Australian Nuts – Mayvers have traded on the fact they used only Australian peanuts but they have sneekily introduced a blend of peanuts from Argentina and despite no obvious change in flavour I for one will be seeking an alternative product which is ALL AUSSIE as I know my local health food shop makes it for $8 a kilo

Soooo damn good! – Ridiculously delicious and naturally so. The lack of additional sweeteners or other additives was what attracted me to this (ingredients: 99.7% peanuts, 0.3% salt) and the flavor is amazing.
