What a waste of money even if it was on sale. This meal is made up of 3 chicken nuggets with more rice than meat and minimal veggies. 3 CHICKEN NUGGETS, really….they couldn’t even use a couple of tenderloin diced up perhaps!! but chicken nuggets is an insult to one’s intelligence. If I wanted chicken nuggets with rice and veg I would have bought it separately and given a box of nuggets comes with 12 nuggets I would have been able to make my own and had 4 meals out of a box of nuggets and a jar of lemon sauce.

The ingredients list on the box is showing Rice and then chicken. That is false advertising because the chicken being second on the ingredients list should mean a decent serve of chicken and 3 nuggets is not a decent serve, for Pete’s sake a kids happy meal is 6 nuggets.

I will say the lemon flavor was nice but it wasn’t with every bite because it was like a teaspoon of sauce.

Ah McCain you’ve done it again and shortchanged customers with the type of ingredients used and lack of sauce and veg and you call it ( healthy choice meals) everyone knows chicken nuggets are not a healthy choice, but diced chicken breast or tenderloin is.

Purchased in at Coles for $6.50.

Great tasting – This meal was tasty, the chicken was juicy and the sauce just right. These meals are for people wanting to take a lunch to work or have a lighter dinner for weight loss or weight management. They are low in fat, high in protein. Excellent and one of the nicest out there. You can add more veg or salad if you like but its enough.
